Kaluga Hubrid Reserve
The best for less! Imperia Caviar is now my place to go for caviar. I used to spend 5x more for the same quality caviar from traditional retailers. Order came in insulated box with ice packs and a sticker to ensure the temperature during transportation. I ordered in the morning and received my order the next morning, within 24h! The quality of the caviar is exceptional, the same level that you get at Petrossian but at a small, very small fraction of the price. Even their customer support was of concierge level as they helped me with some questions I had for organising an event. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
Kaluga Hybrid Reserve & Royal Ossetra
The best caviar you can find and at a price point that is unbeatable. Both type of caviar are excellent, the Royal Ossetra is bolder in flavour and the Kaluga Hybrid Reserve has a buttery taste. None leaves any fishy taste. The service was impeccable with the team being available to answer to all my questions and the delivery was overnight priority which means that I got the caviar the next day from my order (I did order early in the day). Would definitely recommend to try them!
Japanese A5 Wagyu Rib Eye
Perfect, can well packing in isolated box with sufficient ice packs. The Wagyu Rib Eye was delicious it melted in the mouth! Will definitely buy again. Thank you Imperia Caviar for the experience!

Caviar
I placed a large order for caviar which was supposed to ship on 12/27 to arrive 12/28.
No carrier or tracking number was supplied. The caviar was supposed to arrive today and because of the weather is not going to. No notice was supplied by Imperia Caviar that the product would be delayed, so that I could buy another product. In fact, it has not been shipped yet.
Email and telephone are impossible to contact. Texting is better but but inadequate.
My options are to either to cancel my order or to take late delivery and get 20% more caviar. What use is that if it doesn't arrive.
You have ruined my New Year.
