Fake profiles and waste of money
I was pretty bummed out about the service, you know? Kept running into all these fake profiles and it just felt like a waste of money buying those coins. I wouldn't trust JOI as a platform, honestly. I suggest looking for a different app that's more reliable and secure.
Credit card storage issue
I had a pretty concerning experience with how my credit card info is stored in their database. I tried multiple times to get rid of two of my cards from the system, but they just wouldn't budge. I even reached out to customer service, but they didn't fix the issue right away. It's pretty nerve-wracking that they were so slow to respond, especially when it comes to stuff as important as financial info. I like their products and all, but they gotta do better with how they handle customer data.
