Modest Experience with Lazenne's Wine Carrier

I've had a few experiences with Lazenne, a company that specializes in wine carrying solutions. Overall, I have mixed feelings about my interactions with them.

Firstly, I appreciate the variety of options they offer for carrying wine. Whether it's a backpack or a purse, they have a wide range of designs and styles to choose from. However, the prices for their products are quite high in my opinion, and I'm not entirely convinced that the quality justifies the cost.

I've also had mixed experiences with their customer service. On one hand, they were quick to respond to my inquiries and helpful in addressing my concerns. On the other hand, they were not able to solve an issue I had with a damaged product I received.

It's worth mentioning that Lazenne only sells their product online and do not have physical stores where you can check the product before purchasing. I think it would be beneficial for the company to have some sort of physical presence, even if it's just a pop-up shop or a booth at a wine festival, so customers can get a better sense of the quality and functionality of their products before making a purchase.

Overall, I think Lazenne has potential. They offer unique and stylish wine carrying options, but the prices are steep and the customer service is hit or miss. I might consider purchasing from them again in the future, but I would want to see some improvements in these areas first.
