    Beef and pork ribs

    Just received my 1st shipment of Beef and Pork Ribs. The beef 3 rack was huge and so were the pork ribs racks. Much ... than what I expected from the pictures that didn't do proper justice to the ribs. All of them were very meaty. The beef ribs are in the oven now...can't wait to try them!
