    Subscription gift issue

    I had a little problem with my subscription gift from this company. At first, they messed up and forgot to include the gift in my first delivery. But they fixed it fast by sending me the gift for free. Then, I noticed they accidentally charged me for it, but when I told them, they gave me a refund right away. I'm grateful for their good communication and effort to fix things up.
