I gotta say, I took a chance on this company and bought some Tea Drops. Man, what a wild ride it was. I placed my order and patiently waited, but turns out it got lost, then shipped again, and eventually refunded. I'm grateful for the quick refund, but seriously, how did my order get messed up in the first place due to a warehouse problem? And to top it off, almost a year later, I got the same order, thanks to the same warehouse issues. Come on, guys, get your act together!
