Great Collections
Very useful site where my problem solved No direct purchase from company so far More then four times this year I used Amazon shopping for The fruit company sweets and cookies Every times I ordered two basket of fruits (Premium ) one for me second as a gift to someone I love
Yes I do it I will have to check myself what they have delivered to my friends and sisters address All selections or preferences are as per my bookings what I pay for or anything missed by seller But that is fine Some late delivery reported bit that is affordable these days I never expect delivery on time since pandemic dismantled all systemsOverripe and tasteless peaches
The fruit from this company always comes in messed-up boxes, not even cold anymore, and sometimes moldy. I just got some peaches that were too ripe and didn't even taste good. Definitely not the place to go for quality fruit.
Small fruit, incorrect phone number, unsatisfactory service
I got a gift basket from The Fruit Company for Christmas and man, was I let down. The fruit in there was tiny, looked like it came from the discount bin at a grocery store. And when I tried to call customer service, the number on the label was wrong! I had to go hunt down the right one online. Total hassle.
Overpriced oranges
I just bought some oranges from this place and let me tell you, I was so surprised at the price. I paid almost $9 for just four oranges! And get this, they weren't even as tasty as the ones I usually get at the supermarket for only $1. What a total rip off.
Fruit box purchase
I had a really bad experience buying a fruit box from The Fruit Company recently. The fruit was all bruised because of the bad packaging, so I couldn't even eat it. The outside of the box looked fine, but the actual fruit was all messed up because of how careless The Fruit Company was when packing it. Even though they said they'd send new fruit to the person I gave it to as a gift, they never did. It's frustrating to see a company that's supposed to be all about selling good fruit not caring about the details or giving good customer service.<br>After looking into it more, I found out that lots of other customers have had the same issue with The Fruit Company - getting bad fruit that's not even good to eat. It's crazy that a company called The Fruit Company can't even give their customers good quality fruit. This whole thing has made me really disappointed and I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Gift order
Don't even bother ordering from this place if you want your gift to arrive on time. I ended up getting my Dad's gift late for Christmas and my Mom's gift arrived late for Mother's Day, even though I shelled out extra bucks to ensure it would be on time.
Fruit basket, teddy bear, balloon
I recently bought a fruit basket, teddy bear, and balloon to celebrate my daughter's new baby in PA. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the bear and balloon were missing. I contacted customer service and they said they would send them again, but they never arrived. I'm really disappointed with the lack of follow-through and reliability from this company. If I knew they would be so incompetent, I would have just made something myself because at least I know it would have gotten there. This is not how you should run a business, so I won't be buying from them again.
