Bison Ribeye & NY Strip cuts
The bison ribeye and NY strip cuts I got were top-notch. They showed up quick and still frozen solid, so they were super fresh. Bison meat is easy to overcook, so you have to watch it carefully, but these cuts turned out great! We made some bison tataki with one part and just grilled the rest perfectly, then served them with roasted carrots and potatoes. I seasoned them with a dry rub made of thyme, oregano, olive oil, and black pepper, and only added salt after cooking to keep the meat juicy. The flavor was amazing!

My time with The Honest Bison has been absolutely amazing. I just bought some elk medallions and venison loin and they were top-notch. The elk medallions were so tasty, perfect for a fun dinner party during the summer. And let me tell you, that venison loin was just out of this world. I loved how easy it was to throw these cuts on the grill for a fast and yummy meal. I can't wait to dig into more of what they have, like the bison cuts, in the days to come.
Elk burgers and ground bison
I've tried the elk burgers and ground bison from this place and I have to say, I enjoyed what I ate. I really like that they use compostable packaging instead of Styrofoam, it shows they care about the environment. Although, I was a bit surprised by the size of the flank steak and tenderloin - they were only 8oz when I was hoping for a pound for the price. Even so, I plan on ordering more elk burgers and ground bison in the future.

I ordered this bison roast for our holiday dinner, but there was a little mix-up with the delivery. Thankfully, the customer service folks were really nice and got the right roast to us quickly. And man, let me tell you, this bison roast was hands down the best thing I've ever tasted! It was a huge hit at our dinner and everyone couldn't get enough. I'm definitely gonna be ordering from them again for sure!

The meat we got from this place was really top-notch. We got bison, elk, lamb, and beef, and every kind was well-wrapped and got to us quickly. My first time ordering from your company didn't go as I had hoped. I bought some bison testicles, which I'd never tried before, hoping to serve them at a family gathering. But the event passed without any bison testicles because my order was delayed. Turns out, your company was switching shippers, and I wasn't told. If I had known, maybe I could've ordered from somewhere else. I only found out about the delay when I sent an email asking for an update.

The bison meat is so good and the sizes are perfect for me. But man, dealing with that new shipping company has been a pain. I'm right by their place but I had to bug them a bunch to figure out where my order was. It took over a week to get to me! I really hope they can get their act together soon cause I really like their stuff.
