Sake for my Japanese guests

Online order replacement
The customer service at this store is amazing! I had a problem with my first order because of the delivery company, but the team acted fast and sent a replacement in just a few days. They really saved the day and I can't thank them enough. Great job!
Recent online purchase
I just tried to buy something online the other day, and it was a total pain. I used two different cards, but both got rejected multiple times. So, I called customer service to figure out what was going on. Turns out, my bank thought the transaction was sketchy and flagged it as fraud - even though I use those cards all the time! It's so annoying to have my purchase blocked for no reason, especially when I was just trying to score some good deals.
