Meal customization and variety
I recently ordered some meals from this service and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the whole thing. Being able to customize my meals was a huge plus for me because I could make them just how I like. But there were a few things I wasn't too crazy about. Like, I couldn't make the Meatloaf bigger, which was a letdown. And I really prefer my carrots whole instead of sliced because they cook up better that way. Despite these little issues, I liked having so many options and being able to customize most meals. One thing I really liked was how the nutritional info would update automatically when you changed something in your meal. It made it a lot easier to stick to my dietary needs.

The food options from this service are amazing, and the quality is always top-notch. With so many choices to pick from, it's easy to find something delicious to enjoy. The customer service is exceptional as well. However, getting the food delivered can be a real headache because they use FedEx. Deliveries are always a day late and sometimes they don't even leave the package in the right spot. This is a big issue, especially in the summer when items that are sensitive to heat are in danger. It would be a good idea to think about using a different delivery service like UPS for a more reliable and on-time delivery experience.

I just ordered some meals and got the wrong ones – talk about frustrating! I had picked out exactly what I wanted, so this mix-up really got on my nerves. I gotta say, the customer service at this place was amazing! The folks working there were so kind, patient, and really knew their stuff. My friends and I were buying some food and a gift card for our buddies who live far away, and the staff really went out of their way to help us out. Late delivery
The airline just called me at 3:00pm to tell me my flight is delayed. Seriously, how long can dry ice keep my food cold? I really hope it's still safe to eat.
