    Wine selection

    I just went to Total Wine and I was pretty bummed to see that they're making everyone wear masks, even though it's not a law in the area where the store is located. I think people should be able to decide for themselves if they want to wear a mask or not, especially when they're just trying to buy some wine. I get that businesses can set their own rules, but it seems like Total Wine is going a bit too far by requiring masks in Collier County, FL where there's no official mandate.

    Vodka, Tequila, and Pinot Grigio

    I went to this place with a gift card and checked out some websites to figure out what to get. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck, you know? The manager there really helped me out a lot. He knew all about the drinks and even recommended some cool stuff I hadn't thought of. I didn't catch his name, but he's definitely a keeper.

    Their website is a complete mess. It feels like they're making it impossible for you to buy something online. I attempted to buy something multiple times, but every time I tried, the website gave me errors and wouldn't let me check out. And when I contacted customer service for help, they were no help at all. I had no choice but to physically go to the store. It's pretty crazy that they don't have an easy way to print out an order in this day and age. Such a huge waste of time.

    I had a horrible time at that store. The person who brought my order to my car was totally rude and not helpful at all. Plus, they didn't even give me a receipt. When I wanted to check my order before signing for it, they were no help whatsoever. And the worst part is, there's no way to talk to the store manager or regional manager about it. If I could, I would have marched right in there. It's just really sad to see how the big companies and the State of WA have crushed the little guys.

    Total Wine, purchase review

    My experience with Total Wine was so disappointing, you wouldn't believe it. The whole thing started when I tried to place an order on their website, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. When I got to the Coral Springs store, most of the staff there were no help at all. There were only two people who actually seemed like they knew what they were doing. When I finally got to talk to one of them, who was really nice and professional, things started to get even worse. They told me that my order had been sent to a different store without me even knowing, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. In the end, I just asked them to cancel my order. I was so disappointed by the lack of communication and organization at the company. It was just a huge letdown.

    I went to this store to buy some wine and spirits and man, it was a total nightmare. Their website is a mess — I couldn't find any contact info anywhere. When I tried to sign up, I got some error message saying my account couldn't be made right then and to call customer support for help. It was so annoying and nothing got fixed.

    Beer selection disappointment

    As someone who loves beer, I was really excited to check out the new Total Wine store in Avon. I was hoping to find a big selection of craft beers, especially my go-to sweet and bold ones like Imperial Stouts, Milk Stouts, and Bocks. But when I got there, I was pretty bummed to see that they didn't have a ton of those types of beers. There was a whole aisle of craft beer, but only a small section with the ones I was after. And out of those few options, only one really hit the spot for me. I might give it another shot later on to see if they step up their game, but for now, I'll stick to my local liquor store for a better variety.

    Whiskey purchase

    I bought a bottle of whiskey from Total Wine not too long ago, but man, my experience was a major letdown. The delivery guy didn't stick around for me to answer the door, so they sent my order back. They shot me an email saying they gave me a refund, but it's been more than a week and I still haven't seen any money or my whiskey. This kind of service is just not okay.

    Man, I really thought joining their fancy rewards program would be worth it, but man was I mistaken. I've been a member for what feels like ages, and yet I'm not seeing any benefits. They keep talking about these exclusive whiskeys, but I haven't heard a peep. And let's not even get started on those coupons - such a hassle to redeem! The staff doesn't seem to care much about helping me out either, they're just in it for themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if they're hiding all the good stuff in that enormous store.

    Recent wine purchase

    I bought some wine from this place not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed about the delivery service. I was totally home and ready to get my order, but then the local delivery guy said I wasn't there when he dropped it off. I called the company up and talked to a few different people, and they all said they didn't even try to deliver my stuff. That's shady, you know? It definitely doesn't make them look good in terms of customer service. And hey, in Georgia, it's not even a big deal for someone over 21 to sign for alcohol deliveries, so it's pretty fishy that the driver couldn't drop it off.
