I went all in. This was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. The advertising is intense and misleading. They taste like chalk, you have to have them with other foods, mainly yoghurt, which is high in sugar and not everyone can tolerate it. I’ve tried them in teas, salads, tuna, it ruins anything I’ve added it to, and yea I added it to yoghurt and smoothies.
Organic superfood powders
I'm really disappointed with the customer service from this company. It's like they completely disappear once you've made a purchase. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times but haven't heard anything back. It's so frustrating and just not professional at all.
Sketchy transparency
This company talks a big game about being open and trustworthy, but when it comes down to sharing solid info about their product safety, they're not delivering. I was eyeing their Plant Collagen product, which has rice bran solubles with high arsenic levels. I tried to get a straight answer on how much arsenic was in there, but they dodged the question. Instead, they just said they wouldn't sell something they wouldn't personally use. Well, why should I just take their word for it? If they're so open and trustworthy, they should be able to prove it with real facts. It's sketchy that they talk about third-party testing but won't show us what the tests found. What's the point of testing if we can't see the results? We shouldn't have to settle for this lack of transparency, especially when it affects our health.
