Ugh, I was really looking forward to getting this awesome blue hoodie from this store. But, I messed up and accidentally paid with the wrong card. I tried to change it, but they wouldn't let me. The customer service rep said no refunds initially, but ended up canceling the order and giving me my money back. Now I have to reorder it and hope it arrives in time for Christmas. Super stressful, you guys.

I bought this really cute outfit with sweatpants and a sweater, but when it arrived, the colors were completely off! The pants were super faded, like I've been wearing them for years. I contacted the company back in October, and they said they'd send me a replacement, but it's already December 15th and still no sign of it. All I wanted was a matching outfit, is that too much to ask? C'mon! If I could show you a picture, you'd see how ridiculous it looks. I spent over $120 on this set, and now I can't even wear it. Such a bummer, man.
