    I wasn't sure about buying from this place at first because I read some bad reviews about their location being off. But I took a chance and got some e-liquid. Ordering was easy and their flavors were awesome. I found exactly what I wanted. The prices were fair and the product was top-notch. The e-liquid got to me pretty quick and was packaged well. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from them again.

    Geekvape Aegis and Suorin Air

    I had a really good time shopping at that vape shop. Their website was so easy to use, and I had no trouble finding and buying the Geekvape Aegis and Suorin Air. My order showed up quickly and everything was in great shape. Both of those vape pens are top-notch and they work like a dream. I'm super happy with my purchase overall and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

    Due to the fact kangertech dont make much anymore and I love the simplicity of the 50 watt mod and the junk top fill tank I usually just throw away anyway I'm glad this dude still has this product available. I'll be ordering then all soon of he still has a few in stock

That just didn't sit right with me - felt too fishy and no guarantee I'd get my money back if anything went wrong. Decided to pass on it 'cause I don't wanna take that chance. Looks like my order's not happening now. Really bummed out and won't be coming back to shop here.

    Now two weeks after ordering no notification

    I bought some vape stuff from this company, but I still haven't heard anything about when I'm gonna get it. Usually, other places I've bought from let me know within a day of shipping. It's frustrating that this company hasn't said anything yet, especially since it's important to get vape stuff on time. Not telling me what's going on makes me wonder if they really care about their customers.

    the service was good. They shipped right away on 1/18/2020 it is now 2/18/2021. Have not received shipment yet. I not order from them again.

    They shipped 1/ 19 it is now 3/3 still have not received my order. They contacted me on 2/19 after I complained. Said it would be here the next week. Been almost 2 weeks since then. But only took one day to take the money out of my bank. I guess that is money I have lost. Ifi were I do not recommend this company.

    You've stated twice that they did indeed ship your order. That would put the problem in the hands of the shipping company, not the company you purchased from. It sounds like you never contacted the company for a resolution, only came here to complain. They have no way of knowing you didn't receive your order unless you stay in contact with them. Make sure your complaining about the right people causing the problem.

    Mel, if you want to get technical, in almost all transactions, the seller is responsible for the item until it reaches the customer. So the seller whether it be a company or something like ebay should be tracking the item and making sure that the shipping carrier delivers the package, and when if the package is lost, it is the sellers responsibility to contact the carrier, claim the insurance if they purchased it with the shipping and send the seller a new product immediately. So the short of it, it is highly likely it is still AliVapes responsibility. Please don't come online and spread false information.

    As someone who has been vaping for a while now, I was pretty excited to give a new e-cigarette from this online shop a try. Sadly, my experience turned out to be a huge bummer. I placed my order and got a USPS tracking number, but all it showed was that a label had been made - the item hadn't actually been shipped. I tried reaching out through email a bunch of times, but all I got back were these vague responses telling me to be patient. After waiting for three whole weeks, my order was still MIA, so I ended up having to dispute the charge through PayPal. It was pretty obvious that this online store wasn't as legit as I had hoped.

    If you like waiting for months on end and possibly never even getting your package, then this is the spot for you. They say they ship from the USA, but really, your order comes all the way from China. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company at any cost.

    I just got a vape kit from this company and it's been a total nightmare. I thought they were legit since they take PayPal, but man was I way off.     I recently bought some coils from this company and I have been so disappointed with the whole experience. I ordered them 12 days ago, but I still have no idea where they are. I've tried contacting customer service a few times, but all I get are late answers and they can't give me a straight answer about where my package is. They did say the order was picked up and on its way, but they never gave me a tracking number. When I asked again, they gave me a tracking number after the delivery date and it still only says "label created" when I check it. I'm just so frustrated with the lack of communication and honesty from this company. I still hope I get my coils, but I won't be buying from them again.

I made my purchase and gave my info with PayPal, and next thing I know, these clowns are trying to go on a shopping spree in Arizona with my card! Can you believe it? Like, do they even know where Arizona is? And then they thought they were some big shots trying to hit up an ATM. It was just comical. These scammers don't even know what they're doing. Turns out, the company isn't even in California like I thought, it's actually in China. Looks like I got scammed by an overseas company, classic.

    E-cigarette starter kit

    I bought an e-cigarette starter kit from your online store about a month ago. I was super pumped to get it and got a tracking number through email. But after a while, I saw that the tracking number wasn't updating at all. I got worried and contacted your customer service to ask about my order since international deliveries can sometimes get held up at customs. They told me my order was stalled at the local USPS because of COVID, which caught me off guard.
