I ordered a 16x 20 metal print of a piece I had made for my husband. I was using this piece to gauge how they handled customers, as I was going to start using them for all my car prints I do for clients. It arrived very well packed in Bubble wrap. Unfortunately when I unwrapped it, there was a huge gouge running across the print. I reached out to the company who then came back to say the wanted a picture of it folded in half. It's metal. That's a pretty ridiculous request. I responded, but apparently they didn't receive it until a week later according to Tena in their CS dept. I was just going to chalk it up and not bother, but decided to call once I received her email. It was absolutely hands down the worst CS experience I've ever encountered. She was rude, condescending, didn't listen, spoke over me, and eventually I just decided to hang up. I only called back to try and let them know that there was obviously a production issue and not a shipping problem since it was packaged so well and nothing was sliced open. But, I wasn't even able to get that across to her since all she wanted to do was make it sound as if I was trying to steal my own art from them. 0/10
Also, their website only allows 3 star reviews and up. So if you're trying to leave them a bad review on there...good luck.
