Difficulty accessing online account and lack of response
I completely understand where the previous reviewer is coming from when it comes to the issues with logging into the online platform. I tried reaching out to customer service through phone calls and text messages several times but didn't get any response. This left me stuck and unable to move forward with a purchase I was considering. It's frustrating to experience this kind of lack of communication when you're trying to interact with a brand.
Digital art course
I just bought this digital art course from Artists Network, and honestly, I regret it. The course description got me thinking I'd learn how to paint, but all I got was a bunch of low-quality theory stuff. The videos would always pause and I'd have to start them all over again, which made learning super annoying and not helpful at all. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but got no response, and forget about getting a refund. All in all, this course let me down, and I definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.
Video courses subscription
I signed up for the video courses subscription as a customer and let me tell you, I was super let down by the whole thing. The website made it sound like the videos were included with the membership, but that was a big fat lie. Once I paid for the membership, I realized that I had to pay for each video I wanted to watch, which felt really shady. And trying to cancel my membership? Total nightmare. The whole process was a mess, so much so that I had to call my credit card company to stop any future charges. Overall, this whole thing made me feel like I got scammed and left me pretty frustrated.
Alla prima painting course purchase
I recently signed up for this alla prima painting course and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! Not only was the content totally lacking, but I couldn't even find the course materials anywhere. How are they supposed to teach you how to paint without giving you everything you need to succeed? It's a total rip-off! And don't even get me started on the so-called "course chat" that they claim you can use if you're having trouble with the course resources - well, surprise, surprise, you can't even get in there! It's like they don't actually want you to learn anything beyond basic outlines. It's seriously absurd. Oh, and good luck trying to reach out to them for help - you have to fill out some form and then they never even bother getting back to you. I am never buying anything from them again, like ever!
