Compatible hub for new 2023 Mac mini m2
I recently talked to customer support about finding a hub for my new Mac mini m2. The support was not as helpful as I expected. I contacted them twice and both times they just sent me links to the hub section without giving me any extra advice. I asked about compatibility with the new model, but didn't get a clear answer until the second chat. They finally told me that there's no hub available for the 2023 model yet. I was pretty disappointed and frustrated with the lack of help.

I bought a screen protector for my iPhone and was told I could get unlimited replacements and re-fitting. But after going through three replacements because of bubbling in the corners, just like the last ones, I am sure the quality is not good and the customer service is really bad. I suggest steering clear of this product completely.

The whole warranty thing for the screen protector I bought was a real pain. When it broke, I had to send it back to the company with tracked mail, costing me an extra $10. What a hassle! Yeah, so I was trying to buy something online and totally got screwed because the payment didn't go through but they still charged my card. I chatted with a customer service rep who told me to call this number, but when I did, it was after hours. Now I'm stressing about whether I'll ever see my money again. I recently got this screen protector for my phone from this company, hoping it would be tough and reliable. But, sadly, within a month, the screen protector cracked. It was a bummer because it wasn't cheap. So, I contacted customer service through their website, sent them my proof of purchase and photos of the cracked protector. But, I never heard back from them at all. That lack of communication and help really bothered me. I had even registered my screen protector on their site, so I definitely expected better customer service. The fact that they didn't follow up or help fix the issue has made me not want to buy anything else from them in the future.
Screen protector warranty
I sent them all the information they asked for to replace my screen protector because it broke. It's been like forever (10 days) and I still haven't received a new one. Looks like I'll have to purchase one on my own now. I'm really upset, I won't be buying from them again. Their customer service is just awful. I can't believe Apple promises people it'll only take 3-5 days. It's a complete joke!
