Photo card for special occasion
I just bought a photo card for a special event from this company, and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. My original order got lost in the mail, but when I contacted their customer service team, they fixed the problem right away by sending me a new card. The way they handled everything was really great, and it made me feel like they truly care about their customers. I really admire companies that put their customers first and go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. I definitely suggest checking out this company if you want high-quality products and amazing customer service.
Corporate gifts for new employees
I just used a company to make Chocolate Box Cards as welcome gifts for our new employees. Let me tell you, their customer service was amazing. The folks working behind the scenes really worked hard to make my idea a reality, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. They were super quick to respond, and they were so helpful when I needed to make changes or if we had any delays. The final product was even better than I imagined, and I would definitely suggest this service to any company looking to send personalized gifts to their teams.
Address error resolution
I bought something from Boomf not too long ago and accidentally gave them the wrong address for delivery. When I figured out what I had done, I decided to shoot an email over to their customer support team. I was shocked when I got a quick response back, and they were super nice and really good at fixing my mistake. The customer service I got was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. It's situations like this that really show how much a company cares about its customers.

I really love the customer service at this company whenever I reach out to them. They are so helpful, which is great for me because online shopping can be tough for me. Buying gifts and cards from them has been super easy. I've never had an order arrive late, and the quality of the products is always top-notch. I'm thinking of giving their marshmallows a try next because they sound amazing. I definitely suggest their cards and gifts, they really care about their customers.
Awesome customer service
The guy who helped me out was really nice and so helpful. It totally made my day. Customer service seems to be kinda going downhill lately, but this dude was like a ray of sunshine. I was as impressed with the service as I would be by getting a really awesome card. Thanks for being so amazing!
Website confusion, quick address fix
The website was kinda confusing when I was placing my order, and I didn't even notice the delivery address was wrong until after I finished. But when I asked for help, this guy Will from customer service fixed it right away. He was so quick and nice. Shoutout to Will for the awesome service. Thanks a bunch, Will!
Birthday cards
This was my second time buying these awesome birthday cards that like, pop up with confetti and all that fun stuff. I accidentally ended up with two of the same one, but the folks in customer service were totally amazing and sorted it out super quickly! These cards are seriously so cool and different, they're just the perfect way to surprise your friends or family on their birthdays. I just love how colorful and exciting they are, definitely worth checking out!
Customizable marshmallow treats
The custom marshmallow treats from Boomf were amazing! The quality was top-notch and being able to personalize them made them a really special gift. Ordering was easy and their customer service was fantastic. I was really impressed with how efficient and detailed Boomf was. The treats got here fast and were packaged nicely. All in all, Boomf has really nailed it with their delicious treats.
Chosen a wrong thing
I messed up and bought the wrong thing, but I shot them an email ASAP! I figured I wouldn't hear back until the next day 'cause it was a holiday, but they sorted it out real quick!!! My order hadn't even started processing yet. Their customer service is top-notch, especially for a holiday! I had a blast shopping with them. Thanks a bunch!!
Gift order
I've ordered from this place a few times and every time it's been a pleasant surprise! So today, I ordered a gift but accidentally messed up the words I wanted on it. But no big deal, I sent them a message and they fixed it for me right away. The service here is fantastic, and the gifts are unique and awesome. I definitely recommend them!
Awkward address mistake
Oops, I messed up and put the wrong address when I was ordering my stuff. But once I caught my mistake, I reached out to them immediately and they fixed it right away! They even promised to keep an eye on my order so it wouldn't get lost. I have no complaints at all!
Wild card wedding gift
I got the wild card wedding edition for my friend's wedding, and man, it was great! It came super fast, like a day and a half, and it totally delivered the vibes I wanted. I'd definitely buy from here again down the line.
Birthday cards
Man, this company is absolutely awesome! I ordered a ton of birthday cards from them and let me tell you, they were a huge hit! Every person who received one absolutely loved it! And don't even get me started on their customer service - they were incredibly nice and so helpful. I couldn't believe it!
Flutter card and bracelet
I ordered a flutter card and bracelet for my mom on May 4th 2021, I still haven't revived it and today is the 23rd of May. The entire time I was unable to track the package, and I let them know this. I contacted them a couple days ago and they finally told me the package may have been lost. They offered to resend the card or give me a promo for another card of the same. But it being so far past mother’s day it would have been silly to ask for another card. I asked for my money back. Since then I have not received any message back and all attempts to communicate with them via Facebook and email and their online chat have been fruitless. I do not have any intentions on letting this go.
Valentine’s Day Card
Horrible company and horrible customer service. Three cards ordered. Two were delivered to my neighbor (wrong address) one received three weeks after Valentine’s Day. Asked for an immediate refund. They offered 50% off a future order! Lol unbelievable right ! I could care less about the $50 spent, I spend more on morning lattes. It was the complete lack of customer service that really boiled my blood. I absolutely did not want these jerks to get one penny from me. So what did I do? Called PayPal and issued a claim. Money is now back in my pocket. Lol! Love it. Two star because it won’t let me give one. Kinda weird right?

Birthday card for my niece
the card I ordered never arrived, it has been over a month since I ordered. I will not be ordering again, nor will I recommend to anyone else. Thankfully I had already sent my niece a gift from Amazon or she would have had nothing for her birthday as I live 18 hours from her. That is why I thought the card was so neat. Unfortunatlly it did not work out that way. Very diappointed
Bomb cards
Extremely late delivery. Confetti fell out and box had to be taken out. There was no pop. Very misleading ads. Super disappointing.
Father’s Day Card
Ordered a Father’s Day card and never received it. Messaged the company on Facebook and they offered to resend the card. When I said it was pointless because it wouldn’t be here till July... their response was “sorry to hear that.” Will not be using this company again.
Same exact thing happened to me! Very disappointing. I ordered the Father’s Day card in June 1st and it never came!
Pop box and popcorn
So I’m not happy that the fact I’ve never received my order and it’s suppose to be on Father’s Day I’ve contacted support many times and the saying is all the same they’re sorry my order got lost or whatever I’m not happy I didn’t even get a notification saying what my tracking number is or how long it’ll take to arrive
I ordered a valentine card from you and my son never received it! I am very dissatisfied with this company and very upset that I spent money and he never received it I would like a response back ASAP!
