    Mystery box of spring flowering bulbs

    So I decided to take a chance and order a mystery box of spring flowering bulbs. I gotta say, I was pretty surprised by the quality of the bulbs I got. I'd never bought from this company before, but I figured I'd give 'em a shot. Inside the mystery box, I found 5 tree lilies, 3 oriental lilies, grape hyacinths, and standard hyacinths. And they were all in great shape - no sprouting or rotting bulbs in sight. The tree lilies were especially impressive in size. The shipping was super fast too, only took about a week from when I ordered to when it arrived.

    All in all, I was happy with my purchase and might order from them again. I'm curious about their perennials and summer bulbs - I wanna see if the quality stays as good as it was with these spring bulbs.

    I got my Sunday lilac and Dahlia bulbs from this place, and they arrived in really good shape. The lilac had a bunch of healthy buds, and the bulbs looked really healthy too. I'm super impressed with the quality of plants I got. I'll definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

    Bulb purchase for cancer patient

    I ordered a light bulb for my close friend who's fighting cancer back in January. I wanted it to be a surprise and lift her spirits during this tough time. But, it's been quite some time and I still haven't gotten the bulb. Got an email saying it arrived in the US on April 21, but it's now mid-May and no sign of it. Worried about how it'll come through, assuming it does show up. Really bummed out about this whole situation and thinking about how disappointed my friend might be.

    I bought some plants and bulbs from this company not too long ago, but they didn't grow well at all. I did everything the instructions told me to do, but I still couldn't get them to thrive. And when I tried to use a credit they gave me for one of the items, I found out that the total cost of my new order was more than the credit because of all the extra fees and shipping costs. I was really disappointed with how everything turned out with this company. Their products and customer service just didn't cut it for me, so I won't be shopping with them again.

    I recently had a really frustrating experience with my order from this company. I ordered some stuff back in June and was excited to get it this month, but turns out they sold more than they had and just cancelled my order without even telling me. Not cool at all - they totally dropped the ball on communicating with customers and making sure we're happy.

    I bought these plants and they were a complete disappointment! They were either dead or barely alive, with hardly any roots. It was really frustrating! And to make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund, only offering to exchange them or give me store credit. That's just not right!

    Mother's Day flower delivery

    I ordered some flowers for my mom for Mother's Day from this company that I thought would do a good job because I've used them before with no issues. But this time was a mess. I ordered the flowers early on April 29th, asking for them to be delivered on Mother's Day or a few days before. I got a confirmation email, but the flowers didn't show up on time. It's now three days after Mother's Day and my mom still doesn't have her gift. On top of that, I got charged $73.97 on my Amex, only to find out from Breck's customer service that a third party was handling the delivery and it could take 7-10 business days. That lack of honesty and accountability is not cool. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and won't be dealing with this company again. It's a shame that something as simple as sending flowers to my mom for Mother's Day got messed up by this company's incompetence.

    The company told me my stuff would get here on a certain day, but they totally dropped the ball on that. I had to deal with their runaround for two whole weeks, calling and emailing and getting a whole bunch of lame excuses in return. It was a major bummer to have my hopes dashed like that.

    As a shopper, I've been looking at different daffodil types online, and I noticed the pictures seem altered with colors that might not show the real deal. It makes me feel wary about buying something if I can't see what it really looks like. It'd be nice if they showed more realistic photos so we know what we're getting before we buy.

    Fall bulbs order

    I ordered fall bulbs online two months ago, and I'm super frustrated with the lack of communication and service. They haven't even shipped the bulbs yet, but they already charged me for them. I tried contacting customer service through email, live-chat, and phone calls but got no response. Now, I'm worried that the bulbs won't arrive in time for fall planting. I feel like I got scammed by this company. The never-ending flow of advertisement emails is also getting on my nerves. I really regret buying from this company, and I highly doubt I'll ever get my order or my money back.

    I bought some bulbs from this company not too long ago and honestly, I was kinda let down by how things turned out. Even though I did everything the instructions said, only about 30% of the bulbs ended up growing. I've been gardening for a while now, and I've never had this issue with plants from other stores. Plus, the prices were way higher than I thought they'd be, so that just added to the disappointment. I wish I didn't go with this company and I don't think I'll be telling anyone to shop there either.

    Order of dahlias and lilies

    I recently ordered a bunch of dahlias and lilies from this company, hoping to get them delivered in the spring. The dahlias ended up growing, but some were different sizes, and the lilies were in bad shape, all rotted and unusable when they arrived. I contacted the company for a refund, but all they offered was a store credit, which was disappointing. I then ordered some iris flowers supposed to arrive this week, but there was no notification. I found out they are backordered and won't come until the end of September. This delay is too close to frost for planting, so I won't be ordering from them again.

    Unwanted mailings

    Recently, I started getting mail from this company I've never done business with. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times to ask them to stop sending stuff to my house, but they wouldn't listen. I had to take it up with the Better Business Bureau - not just once, but twice. Even after they promised to quit bombarding me with their stuff, they kept on doing it, totally ignoring my privacy and what I wanted. It's really disappointing and untrustworthy how they don't respect their customers. I'd recommend staying away from this company to avoid going through the same annoying situation.
