This company is trustworthy. They immediately email you a link to download the instructions, parts list, and a file to easily create a bricklink list. The sets i bought so far are solid and look fantastic, can't wait to build more!

Absolutely no customer service. I've emailed them directly and thought the website. Never received any reply. Will not buy again.
