CanvasPrints: Mediocre Quality, But Adequate Service
I recently ordered a canvas print from CanvasPrints and overall, my experience was pretty average. The website was easy to navigate and the selection of prints was decent. I was able to find a image that I liked and customize it to my liking.
The ordering process was straightforward, but it did take a bit longer than expected for my print to arrive. When it finally did arrive, I was a bit underwhelmed by the quality of the print. It looked a bit pixelated and the colors weren't as vibrant as I had hoped.
Additionally, the packaging was lacking and the print arrived with a few small scratches on it. I reached out to their customer service and they were prompt in responding and offered to send me a replacement, but I decided not to go through with it.
All in all, I wouldn't say that my experience with CanvasPrints was terrible, but it certainly wasn't great either. I think there are likely better options out there for ordering canvas prints online.Collage of baby photos
I recently got this collage of baby photos for my sister-in-law from this company. But when it showed up, I was bummed out to see that the color was all off and the background was more purple than blue. I got in touch with customer service, and they really came through for me. They figured out that there was an issue with the red tones in the collage and quickly fixed up the background. They sent me the new product through FedEx with two-day air, so it got to me just in time for Christmas. The whole process, from me making a complaint to getting the new product, only took three days. Customer service, specifically Dennis, was super on the ball and worked hard to make sure I was happy. They totally saved my Christmas surprise, and I can't thank them enough.
Canvas print purchase
When I called customer service about a problem with the canvas print I bought, I was pretty annoyed at first. The first two reps I talked to couldn't help me out at all. But then I got in touch with Michelle, who also goes by Cheryl. She totally changed the game for me. She handled everything so well, being super professional and going the extra mile to solve the problem. She kept me in the loop the whole time too. Her customer service skills were top-notch and seriously saved the day. Thanks to her, I'm rethinking my decision to not use this company again.

My experience with this company was great! I had a last-minute order with digital pictures, and the staff was super helpful. Cheryl gave excellent customer service, and when she wasn't around, Dennis jumped in to help out. Drew from the graphics department assisted with uploading the documents I needed. The shipping was fast, and the finished products arrived quickly. The picture hoodies were a big hit at the party I needed them for, and I am thrilled with how they turned out. Custom print order
I was so thrilled with my custom print order! It got here super quick, even faster than Amazon, can you imagine that? I was expecting it to take ages to arrive, but it showed up in just a few days. And man, let me tell you, the print looked even more amazing in person than I had imagined. It was just perfect! If you ever need something custom printed, I highly recommend these guys. They're absolutely awesome.

I just bought this awesome 60"×80" woven blanket with a picture of our favorite Longhorn bull for my husband's birthday. I am so pleased with how it turned out!
