I got some really good stuff from this store - top-notch quality at some really good prices. I picked up a pair of Arctic shoes for my grandson, and let me tell you, he's over the moon about them. They're super comfy and keep his feet toasty warm in the winter. I also got him a trapper hat that he's digging - it's lightweight and not as bulky as the other hats he's had before. And don't even get me started on the pillow/throw set and chess set - both high-quality products. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchases and you can bet I'll be coming back for more.
Online order delay
I ordered something online about a month ago, but it hasn't shown up yet. Customer service told me it would be here by the 10th, but today is the 14th and still no package. I'll give it another week before I check in with them again. When I called them the first time, the service left me feeling unhappy. The person I talked to even asked me how likely I was to order from them again on a scale of 1 to 10. Honestly, with how things are going, I can't imagine ordering from them again. Looking back, I should have checked out reviews from other sites before buying from them.
Discounted items in catalog versus actual website prices
So, I was looking through this company's catalog and saw some really good deals, so I decided to buy something online. But man, was I bummed out when I found out that the prices online were different from what was shown in the catalog. It's such a letdown to see such blatant false advertising. I contacted their customer service to try and get some answers, but they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Dealing with a business that pulls this kind of shady move is just plain frustrating and not cool at all.
