12 cartons of King Edwards Filtered Cigars Regular
I got my order a few days ago, Order No. 326836 Placed: 6/14/2022 for 12 cartons of King Edwards Filtered Cigars Regular, the first pack that I opened had a black powder on the filters, some had a hole in the filter and some had little holes in the paper around the tobacco, there had been little bugs or beetles that had ate thru all most all the filtered Cigars. I ordered 12 cartons, 8 of which looked like they had bugs. One carton you can see three little pin holes in the package that the packs are in. I am very unhappy with what I received. I can't seem to get any reply to how to make me happy.

I had a lost package and evelan, omen disregard my concern about no received my paid item. I asked for a manager oscar and never called and was never in shop to help. I was ignored. The website has no information reguarding issues and what to do if item is not received and employees give false information about where my package is and i see all the tracking info.

Unsmokable!!!! Fat all the filter much too dense. In order to smoke at all the filter must be cut off. I don't know how anyone can sell this ...!!!

Well over two years of buying without a single problem, but there we go.
July 12, I make my usual order, same brand, name, address, card and everything same like always.
July 14, shows my package "delivered at mailbox", but THERE IS NOTHING HERE. Not at mailbox -won't fit-or porch (front or back), so, I try to contact this seller and carrier -USPS- without a single reply.
Three times already, I have no time to call, but I sent emails and not a single sign of nobody just reading them.
So, good luck if you decide to buy from them. To me, this two years of trust have gone to garbage.clipper cigars
have bought from this company for a couple years. usually arrives within one week. My last order the delivery was horrible. Cigars come from florida., i live in california. The order went to alaska ??? almost 1 month to receive. Package delivered was wet and damaged. Company did not respond to any emails or pictures. Won't shop here again. I realize it is USPS problem, but the store should have at least answered my emails.
