Duplicate checks purchase
The process of buying stuff from this company can be a little tricky, so just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering checks - be careful with the "DUPLICATE" option. The copy on the duplicate form can be pretty light and tough to read unless you press down hard when writing. On the bright side, the shipping and processing times are speedy, and you can make changes to the checks, which is nice. But my main suggestion would be for the company to add a review or verification section to orders so customers can double-check everything before hitting that final order button.
Ordered checks, got charged for Fraud Protection
I was really looking forward to ordering those checks with all the cute designs I liked. But then I noticed they charged me for some Fraud Protection thing. I never asked for that! I was so annoyed and puzzled because I didn't want it in the first place, and there wasn't an easy way to get rid of it. Luckily, I stumbled upon this survey where I can finally ask to have it taken off and get a credit back on my account.
Personal checks
As someone who has used this company, I want to warn others to avoid their services. The lack of communication, bad customer service, and overall disrespect towards customers is just terrible. Even though I only placed a small order, I kept getting tons of promotional emails without any info on my purchase. When I finally asked about my order, I was just told to wait and felt brushed off. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not okay, so I recommend being careful if you're thinking about working with this company.
Faded checks
I got these super cute checks with Anne Geddes designs on them, but they ended up looking so faded and washed out. I mean, you could barely even recognize what the pictures were supposed to be! I probably should have gone with a cheaper design or ordered from a different place for sure.
Deposit slips
I ordered some deposit slips and they botched the routing number twice! I had to shoot them an email with a picture of my check just to straighten it out. I mean seriously, copying numbers can't be that tough, right? If they can't figure it out, I might have to request a refund. I definitely won't be suggesting them to anyone!

The process of ordering checks went well and everything was efficient. When I had to update some information on my checks, it was straightforward. But I did notice that the prices were a bit high, especially if I needed them quickly.

I recently received my order which had checks, deposit slips, and stamps. I was kinda disappointed with the quality though. The checks and stamps were fine, but the deposit slips had a different design which was a bummer. Because of this mix-up, I'm not too happy with my experience and I think I'll be looking for a new place to get my stuff from now on.
Uneven tearing of personal checks.
The checks don't come off the binder smoothly, so the paper ends up ripped on both the binder and the checks. The uneven tearing messes up the top of the personal checks, making them look all crumpled. Looks like the problem is coming from the way the checks are perforated at the printing place.

I needed some checks so I ordered from this company, but it took them forever to process my order! I even paid extra for fraud protection, but I still can't track them. I feel like my personal info is just floating out there in the abyss! I really regret choosing to order from this company.

I ordered some personalized checks way back in December, thinking they'd be here pretty soon. But I was super disappointed when it took over two months for them to finally make it to my house. The website said they'd be here in a month, but that didn't happen. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it would be at least two more weeks. Two months for some checks? Homeowners Association Checks
As the treasurer of our Homeowners Assn, I ordered 25 checks along with a deposit stamp. While I promptly received the stamp, I did not receive the checks. I purchased tracking on the order, but was given inaccurate info with the first contact. Later inquiries revealed DHL was unable to track, and the service dept as Checks in the Mail suggested I stop payment on the 25 checks. The bank charges $35 per check, for a total of $875 charges. I did not get a refund on the original charges, and was told to submit the bank charges. I am suspicious that would be a fool's errand based on my experience with the service department. Buyer beware.
Cool and easy
i wanted to have an custom stamp and it was damn hard to find one when i have no time for going out . Its as helpful to get the help from Checks in the mail, they have the best and suitable services that fit perfect with my all related need without wasting time or money
