We received a cocktail tree for Christmas. I want to repot my tree and for the past 3 months have tried to buy the supplies from citrus.com and they are always out of stock . I have sent 3 emails to discuss this and have not received a response. There is no phone number to call. Very poor customer service.

I subscribed for a product when available and realised on getting a confirmation email it was in Florida - I am in Aust.
They now will not unsubscribe me and I keep getting emails that are of no relevance to me.

Awful! We will never do business with Citrus.com again. Ordered plant-has citrus canker (Incurable disease). Have emailed 2x over 30 days (no tel # available). No response. Waste of money and waste of time. Always buy from a local, reputable grower. This place is terrible.
Miho Satsuma Tree
Size I ordered was 1 gal. Container that came was 3.5x3.5x9 inches. Not even 1/2 gal milk jug size. Took almost 2 wks from order to arrive. Price was high, so was shipping. Cust. sev. responded 3 days after I emailed them with photo and complaint. SInce then non responsive. Sent in review and it did not appear on their site, looks like they screen out their bad reviews.
