LED light up sneakers
I recently got these LED light-up sneakers from DX and oh my goodness, they are amazing! I wore them to school and my friends were totally jealous. The lights are super bright and they change colors with each step. Plus, they are so comfortable. I could run around and play tag all day in these shoes. DX really pulled through for me with this purchase!

Oh my gosh, I just got these new headphones from DX and they are amazing! I was so excited when they arrived really fast. The sound is so good and they're really comfortable to wear. I've been listening to my favorite music non-stop since I got them. DX is honestly the best place to buy tech gear!
Expensive gear delivery
I've gotta say, I've ordered some pricey stuff from this company a few times now and they've never let me down. Every time, my gear arrives right on time and in perfect condition. This company really knows how to deliver top-notch service. They're definitely one of the best in the area.
Electronic gadgets
I just bought some electronic gadgets from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the service. First off, they didn't have any way for me to track my order, so I had no idea when it would get to me. When I called customer service for an update, they gave me conflicting info about when it would be delivered. First they said before 1 PM, but turns out that was a total lie. It's just not cool to not be straight with customers.
Cool stuff
I ordered some awesome stuff from this company, but geez, the delivery was a total disaster! They claimed they tried to drop it off and left a note, but I never saw one! I ended up spending the entire day waiting for my package. And when I tried to call them, I couldn't reach a soul! It's like they have zero concern for their customers. I'm so let down!
Electric bike delivery
The delivery was super fast and right on schedule. I was amazed they sent two delivery guys, so I just had to show them where to drop off the package. Overall, I was really happy with the service.
Desk drawers
I just got these desk drawers from the website, and let me tell you, they're pretty nice. But when they got delivered, the service was seriously lacking. They just left the drawers outside my door without even letting me know or trying to contact me. I almost had them swiped by a neighbor, which was super stressful and could've been a real problem. You can't just leave packages out in the open like that, especially when they're pricey or big. It's not cool.
Electronic gadgets
This company is a total joke! I ordered some electronic gadgets, and the driver calls me saying he's just 1 minute away, only to hang up and send me a text saying they can't deliver today. This is the second time this has happened. It's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
Inexpensive home decor item
I just got this cheap little home decor thing from the internet. It was all good until the delivery part. I was so excited to get it on the day they said, but then I saw on the tracking that it got delivered and signed for by some stranger. Checked my security cams and no delivery person was in sight. So frustrating and confusing, now I have no clue where my package ended up.
Various electronic accessories
I just wanted to share that my experience with this company wasn't the greatest. The ordering process was a bit bumpy and the customer service wasn't very helpful or efficient. The prices of their products were kind of high compared to other places that offer similar items. To top it off, my delivery was delayed, which was pretty frustrating since I was really looking forward to receiving my products. Overall, based on my experience, I wouldn't really recommend this company to others.
Item delivery experience
I ordered something, and I couldn't believe when I saw it just thrown on my doorstep with no heads up or proper delivery. And then to top it off, the tracking said it was "received by customer" when I was actually 20 miles away, putting in hours at A&E. I tried to leave feedback about how awful this whole situation was, but of course, ran into a server error. It's just not right how there was no communication and straight-up lies about where my delivery was at. This whole thing is just not okay.
Smart Watch
I ordered a smart watch from this website and man, I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the service. The courier said they were gonna swing by the next day 'cause they couldn't stick around for 2 minutes, but guess what? They never showed up. And on top of that, I didn't even get a refund for the item that never made it to my hands. It's been a total bummer, especially 'cause I've had some positive experiences with this company in the past.
My purchase was a cool gadget that I wanted to try out.
I was super pumped to finally receive my new gadget from DX, but let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare! They completely messed up where they were supposed to deliver my package, even after I specifically told them to leave it with my neighbor. It never made it to my door. And then when I tried calling them for some assistance, they straight up ignored me and told me to just look at the website instead. But get this, the website claimed that my package had been delivered when I never received a thing! What a ridiculous situation!
LED light bulbs
I got these really cool LED light bulbs that change colors and they are super bright! I put them in my room and now it looks like a disco party every night. I absolutely love them!
Bathroom blind
I ordered a bathroom blind from this website and, unfortunately, they used DX for delivery. I specifically asked them to deliver to a neighbor cause I wouldn't be home, but they ignored my request twice. Now they keep bugging me for a redelivery date and I can't seem to get a hold of customer service. Dealing with them has been super frustrating.
