I recently bought a .com domain for my business and got offered a free .online domain, but it turned out to be a scam. A year later, they hit me with a $68.07 charge for a domain I never used or wanted. When I contacted their support, they were no help and basically said tough luck, no refunds once it's renewed. Not to mention, the renewal fee for the .online domain was way more than my .com domain. I've been with another domain provider for years and never dealt with this kind of shady stuff.

I had a pretty rough time with the customer service at this company. I left a negative review about their service and they asked for more details, but never got back to me to fix things. It's kind of concerning when a company doesn't make an effort to address customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
