Covered service surprise
I bought something recently and was totally shocked to learn that it was actually covered by a service agreement. I had rushed out to get a replacement at a nearby store, but it turns out I didn't even have to because the service took care of everything. On top of that, I also picked up a vintage-style bong, which was a cool throwback to add to my collection. This whole situation made me realize how important it is to have a dependable service that backs up my purchases. Now I'm thinking about upgrading to the Evo or maybe even getting the latest switch down the line.
Switch unit purchase
I bought a switch unit from Dr Dabber not too long ago, but it turned out to be defective. So, I got in touch with customer service and Steven was super helpful and polite. He sent me a new battery and charger right away, but that didn't fix the problem. Eventually, they sent me a replacement switch unit that has been working perfectly. I sent back the original unit, battery, and charger like they asked. But then, to my disappointment, the ceramic leaf filter ended up breaking into two pieces just yesterday.
High-quality vaporizer
I gotta say, I am super impressed with the vaporizer I got from this company. It's top-notch quality and works like a dream, definitely worth the money. And let me tell ya, their customer service is amazing. They really know their stuff, always ready to help out and make sure you're happy. I've been a loyal customer for two years now, and I can honestly say, this brand is in a league of its own when it comes to both product quality and customer service.
Faulty charger replacement
I had a problem with a charger that didn't work right when I bought it, which was super annoying. I called customer service and got connected with a guy who totally fixed everything. Not only did he quickly send me a new charger, but he also went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the service. It's not every day you get such great help, so I was really surprised and impressed by how much he cared and how well he took care of me.
Hive ball purchase
The Hive ball I bought didn't work well, it kept getting clogged after one dab. But when I contacted customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpful they were. Steven asked for photos of the glass attachment, and once I sent them, I got an email saying a replacement was on the way. I have to say, the customer service from Steven and the team at this company really went above and beyond. I'm a satisfied customer.
Boost evo purchase
I just got a Boost evo, but was bummed to see a hair stuck inside the glass part, making it impossible to hold water. Luckily, the company's customer service was really great. They quickly sent me a new glass piece, showing they care about keeping customers happy. It's not often you come across such top-notch customer service these days, so it was nice to see a company really go the extra mile to fix things promptly.
Portable vaporizer
I just got this awesome portable vaporizer and it's seriously the best. It's super low-maintenance, works like a charm every time, and the battery lasts forever. I had bought a different one before that had a few hiccups at first, but the customer service team was on it and got me a replacement right away. I gotta say, I'm really happy with how well these products work and their quality.

Easy purchase of cool tool!
This thing was so easy to get and it came super quick. It’s called the Switch and it’s awesome because it has different heat settings. I actually have 2 of them and I’ve even told my family members about it. They love it too!
