Peony bouquet disappointment
I've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've always been impressed by the quality of their flowers. However, my recent order for a Peony bouquet didn't meet my expectations. When I contacted their customer service team, they were quick to respond and very helpful. They sent me a fresh bouquet of a different rose variety, which arrived on time and in great condition. The way the customer service team handled the situation was really impressive and I was grateful for their kindness. I will definitely keep supporting this company for their great service and beautiful flowers.
Beautiful irises for home decor
I just got some amazing irises from this company to spruce up my home decor, and let me tell you, I was blown away. The flowers were delivered all classy and fancy looking, like opening a special gift. Not only were the irises beautiful, but there were a bunch of stems included in the bouquet, which was a nice surprise. I was able to spread them out in different vases around the house, and it looked fantastic. The flowers lasted for days and really made the place come alive. I definitely recommend this company if you want top-notch flowers to liven up your living area.
Stunning flowers, no foliage, long-lasting
I recently ordered flowers online and I was so impressed by how beautiful they were. Unlike other bouquets I've gotten before, these ones had very little greenery, which I loved because I prefer a more simple and clean style. The ordering process was easy and fast, which made it super convenient. The flowers ended up lasting for weeks, much longer than any others I've had in the past. I was really impressed by how great the flowers were and how long they lasted, so I'll definitely be ordering from this company again.
Red flowers as a gift
I bought this gorgeous bouquet of red flowers thinking it would look amazing, just like in the picture on the website. But when they finally came, they were actually this weird orange color instead of the bright red I was imagining. I get that colors can be a bit different, but this was really noticeable and a bit of a letdown. Plus, the flowers didn't even last that long and I had to end up throwing them away. I usually try to be positive in my reviews, but I have to be real - this whole experience really bummed me out.
Flower delivery gift from granddaughter
I just got this amazing flower delivery as a gift from my granddaughter. The box showed up a little squished, but that wasn't the company's fault. I let them know, and right away they sent me another gorgeous bunch of flowers. I was so amazed by how helpful and generous they were. I'd definitely suggest their services to anyone.
Hydrangea bouquet delivery
I've had mostly good experiences with Flowerbx, but my recent order for a hydrangea bouquet didn't go well. The first three deliveries were perfect, but this time the bouquet never showed up. The delivery person said they tried to drop it off, but the tracking info proved otherwise. At first, the customer service didn't seem to care much, but when I sent a strong email, they quickly refunded my order and sent a new bouquet. For a high-end product like theirs, I shouldn't have to ask for better service. Despite this bump in the road, I still think Flowerbx is worth recommending for their gorgeous flowers and high-quality products.
Peonies purchase
I just bought some peonies and I have to say, I was blown away by how beautiful and long-lasting they were! These flowers were fresh, vibrant, and lasted way longer than I thought they would. Wedding anniversary roses
Just got some roses for my wedding anniversary, but saw they were going to come a day late. Luckily, I contacted customer service and Giulia was super helpful in getting me a new order that will arrive on time. I've gotten roses from them in the past and they're always beautiful. Shoutout to Flowerbx and Giulia for coming through in the clutch!
Pink roses delivery
I got a whole bunch of pink roses to give my mom for her birthday and they were just stunning! The flowers were top-notch and they came in such cute packaging. The only downside was the delivery guy showed up when we weren't home and I couldn't reach anyone from the company to reschedule, which was a bummer. Plus, I got bombarded with messages from them and the delivery service, like calm down! Despite that, the flowers were absolutely amazing.
Cut Orchid Purchase
I just bought some cut orchids and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. When I needed some guidance on how to take care of my flowers, the team went above and beyond to help me out. They even offered to replace them, even though the mistake was on my end. The orchids came in perfect shape and were gorgeous. I definitely suggest this company for their amazing products and excellent customer service.
Peonies delivered to wrong address
The peonies I bought were so beautiful, but they got sent to the wrong place. It was a real pain trying to figure out where they ended up, especially since it was a Sunday and my friend had to go searching all over the place to find them. Luckily, she finally got her hands on the flowers and loved them for her birthday. I don't get why they messed up the delivery, I mean I gave them the right address and never had any problems before.
