Digital game purchases
I've gotta say, I've been really impressed with the service and support I've gotten from this company. I've been buying digital games on their platform for years now, and every time I've had a question or needed help, their customer service has been amazing. They always respond quickly and go above and beyond to help out. You can tell that they really care about their customers and making sure everyone is happy. It's clear that customer support is a big priority for them, and it shows in everything they do.
Starfield Premium Edition pre-order
I recently pre-ordered the Starfield Premium Edition for the first time, just 6 days before it launched. The website was offering a great deal of 17% off, which was a steal for the newest game. The buying process was super easy and fast. My purchase went into manual review, but it was fixed in just 10-15 minutes. I got my activation key right away and it worked perfectly, no problems at all. So much better than other sites that make you wait until release day for your key. I highly recommend it!
Digital game download
My recent interaction with the customer support team at GamersGate was really great. I had some problems downloading a digital game using their manager, but when I contacted support they were super professional and helpful. They responded quickly, gave clear instructions, and worked hard to fix the issue. Even when things didn't go smoothly at first, they kept at it until everything was sorted out. I was really impressed by how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
Regional pricing for Steam titles
GamersGate is a total lifesaver for us international gamers who are sick and tired of other online stores trying to rip us off with their refusal to adjust prices to our regional currency. It's a total game-changer (pun intended) that I can snag games at the same price as folks in the US. I've never had any issues buying games through GamersGate and always get my Steam keys right on time. You guys are killing it, keep up the awesome work!
Quick delivery, excellent service, good deal
The customer service at this store was amazing! My order arrived super fast and everything went really smoothly. I have no complaints whatsoever and I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff in the future. I've checked out a bunch of similar websites, but this is the first one where I actually found a really good deal that actually worked.
First game buy
The game I got was fine, but man, the downloading process was such a pain! I had to download some other stuff before I could even get to the game. On top of that, I had to log in every single time I wanted to play. I don't know if I'll be buying from this place again.
DLC purchase error
I just bought a DLC from GamersGate and when I tried to use the Steam code, I found out it was already used. So, I contacted the GamersGate Support team to get some help. I was really impressed with how fast and effectively they fixed the problem. The support team was super professional, knew what they were doing, and really went out of their way to make things right. I'm really happy with the customer service I got from GamersGate.
WoTC DLC purchase
I recently checked out the War of The Chosen expansion DLC and was really happy with the price. Even though the Steam Halloween Sale was just around the corner, I saw that the price on GamersGate was the same as the expected discount. It made me realize that it's a good idea to check out GamersGate for cheaper game purchases before big sales on other platforms.
Sale discounts
Gg has the best deals on games, but what makes them stand out is their amazing customer service. When I had trouble with a game key not working, they got back to me right away and fixed the problem. It's hard to come across a company that cares about its customers as much as Gg does. I definitely suggest checking them out for anything gaming-related.
Cheap games, DRM free
I wasn't really paying attention to the details and ended up buying DRM free games instead of Steam keys. Luckily, Michael from customer service was really awesome - he helped me get a refund and gave me some useful tips for my next purchases.
Game purchase
I found the game I wanted for a really good price. I got a steam activation code and receipt, but there was a glitch while I was buying it that was kind of annoying. But everything turned out fine in the end.
Game download issue
My game didn't download and after getting all annoyed, they actually refunded my little bit of money. They should've just said upfront that I needed a Ubisoft account. When I got the game on this site, it just magically activated on Ubisoft without me even using a key. I still can't wrap my head around that, but maybe I'll try it out again at some point.
liked it alot
The services is A class. the quality they offer and they display is just mindblowing. Go for it and it will never going to disappoint you for sure.
