5 high-quality products
I've bought 5 different products from this company and let me tell you, they really impressed me. Each one was top-notch quality and performance-wise. I found that it's best to get the coils from a local store, as I've had issues with coils from other sources. It's super important to prime the coils correctly so they don't burn out too fast. The products also come with plenty of spare silicon rings, which is a nice bonus. In over two years, I've only had one leak, which was because the silicon seal hardened from daily use. To protect the charging port, I suggest getting a twin or quad charger. And when you're replacing a coil, be careful screwing the tank back together to avoid crushing the silicon seals and causing leaks. Just use your common sense with these products. Even though others had some negative experiences, mine has been awesome. These products are amazing - definitely 10/10 stars.
Cool vape pen
This vape pen is so cool! It's really sleek, easy to use, and makes huge clouds of vapor. I love showing it off to my friends and feeling like a total badass. The battery life is awesome, and it charges super fast. And to top it off, it comes in my favorite color, so I'm a happy camper. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase!
Mod malfunction and replacement issue
I just bought a new mod and within two weeks, one of the pins under the tank got stuck down. I tried emailing customer service every day for two months, but it took them ages to get back to me. Finally, they did send me an upgrade. But then three months later, the top of the mod flew up and hit me in the face out of nowhere while I was using it. I contacted the warranty department right away, but they told me I could only get one replacement and that the replacement I got earlier is now out of warranty. So frustrating!
Geekvape product
I've been using Geekvape products for a while now, and it's really sad to see how their quality and customer service have gone downhill. I used to love their stuff because it was always so unique and reliable. But lately, I've been let down and left feeling pretty annoyed. It feels like the company has lost sight of what made them great in the first place. I can't really stand behind their products anymore.
Vape Mod Kit
I just bought a vape mod kit from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good it is. The design is so slick and the performance is seriously top-tier. Only downside was the delivery time was longer than I thought, even with expedited shipping. But overall, I'd totally suggest this product to anyone in need of a dependable vape kit.
faulty products
I bought some stuff from your company not too long ago, and I gotta be honest, I was really let down by the quality. When I got the items, I noticed they were messed up and could even be dangerous. I tried to contact customer support to let them know what was going on, but it didn't go well. Every time I sent an email, I never talked to the same person, and all the responses seemed automated. On top of that, they wanted me to make videos of me using the messed up products even after I already warned them about the risks. That's just not right and definitely not professional.
Useless products, terrible customer support
I bought something from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total waste of time and money. The stuff they sent me was totally useless, and their customer service was just awful. I really regret not sticking with my old brand.
Nano vape and 2 coils
I ordered a nano vape and 2 coils, but it never came! The USPS took it because of fake postage, and now they won't give it back. If this company was chill, they'd send me another one to make things right. Not cool!
L200 battery door replacement
I reached out to customer service about a faulty battery door on my L200. The person I talked to wasn't very helpful and kept arguing, saying they sent me a link that I somehow missed because I was busy recording a video of the issue like they asked me to. I was hoping for better customer service coming from a well-known company.
Vape kit
I got my vape kit from this place and let me tell you, it was a complete letdown. Trying to communicate with them was like talking to a brick wall. They made all these promises about having stuff in stock, but turns out they didn't and had to ship it all the way from China. It took forever to arrive and I was beyond disappointed. The whole ordering process was a hot mess and you better believe I won't be buying from them ever again.
Vape device and pods
I was really disappointed with the products I bought from this company. They worked fine for a few months, but then suddenly stopped working. Plus, I had a lot of problems with the pods - they kept spraying hot liquid into my mouth. It was not only gross but also pretty risky. I wouldn't suggest these products to anybody.
Coil and tank purchase
I just bought some coils and a tank from this company, but man, I've been having some real problems with those coils burning out way too fast. I did everything the instructions said, but these things are just not holding up like they should. And to top it off, the customer service was a letdown. They wouldn't give me a refund or send me new stuff to replace the faulty products. Plus, the online chat support was no help at all - they were just dismissive. Overall, based on my experience, I'd say steer clear of this brand.
Defective Vape Kit
I got this vape kit from this company, and man, I am so bummed about it. This thing leaks all the time and keeps throwing that annoying "New Coil" error, which basically makes it useless. The design doesn't even come close to other vape kits I've had before. I've only had this thing for 3 weeks and already I'm using it as a backup because I just can't rely on it. I am seriously not happy with this purchase and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
