I've had a mixed experience with GiftCrates.com. On one hand, their selection of gift crates is impressive and unique. I was able to find something for everyone on my list, from the wine lover to the outdoors enthusiast. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward.
However, I was disappointed with the shipping times. I placed my order well in advance of the holidays and it still arrived later than I had hoped. Additionally, I had to reach out to customer service for updates on my order, as the tracking information provided was not accurate.
Overall, I would recommend GiftCrates.com for their unique and thoughtful gift options, but be aware of the potential for shipping delays. And I only did my shopping online, no physical store experience to speak of.
