You know, I actually first signed up for Grove Collaborative because my job was offering some free stuff, so I thought, why not give it a try? I wasn't expecting much, but I've been ordering from them every month since then. Their products are top-notch, especially the cold water laundry soap and walnut scrubbies. I decided to become a VIP member because I genuinely enjoy their products. Grove Collaborative has really convinced me to shop more eco-friendly and sustainable. The only downside is that the popular items tend to sell out fast, but they restock pretty quickly. Overall, I really recommend Grove Collaborative for anyone looking for high-quality, eco-conscious products with fast service and shipping.
This is overall amazing
I a booking my house necessary items from here for one and half years. the services are on point and the products from here is an amazing tool. I am buying a bathroom cleaner to candles from here. Also, the subscription is good, with this i never out of anything. i think i recommend this for keeping things simple. its really didfflt to pay attention on what you are missing in your house, with this you don't have tow worry about it all. here you get the huge range of products and most of them are really amazing in quality. The price is reasonable and i recommend this to everyone who are dealing with more than just their home.

I got some stuff in the mail that I never ordered. It was things I had already ordered before and messed up my finances. They need to give clearer instructions so this doesn't happen again.

My purchase was regular
I ordered from Grove and honestly, it was just alright, nothing special. The delivery was really fast and the products were fine, but not incredible. I thought the price was a little high for what I received. It was all good, but not outstanding. Overall, it was decent, but I'm not sure if I would purchase from them again.

I love being able to pick how much and how often I get my favorite cleaning supplies for the house. I've been shopping with this company for a while now and I'd say it's not bad for getting cleaning and personal care stuff. They've got a decent selection and I usually find what I need. But nothing super amazing has jumped out at me. My orders always come, but sometimes it takes longer than I'd like, which is annoying. Pricing seems pretty fair compared to other places. Customer service is alright, though sometimes they take a while to get back to me. They do try to help out and fix things when there's a problem. Overall, I'd give them a 3.5 out of 5.
Nice products, no ability to blacklist shippers
I was happy with the stuff I got from this company at first because it was good quality and eco-friendly. But then I got pretty annoyed because they don't let you block certain shipping services. This became a big problem when they kept using this one shipping service that always left my packages out where they could get stolen or messed up. I think as a customer, I should have more say in how my stuff gets delivered. Because they don't give me that choice, I'm gonna have to find somewhere else to get the same kind of stuff.
