Mixed Feelings about HighBridge

I've been working at HighBridge for about a year now and overall, it's been a pretty positive experience. The company culture is great and everyone is very supportive and collaborative. I feel like I'm able to make a difference in my role and contribute to the team's goals.

One thing I really appreciate is the flexibility that HighBridge offers. As a remote employee, it's important to me to have the freedom to manage my own schedule and work environment. The company has done a good job of providing the necessary tools and resources to make remote work successful.

One thing I will say is that the workload can be a bit heavy at times, but that's just the nature of the industry. It's not uncommon to put in some extra hours when deadlines are approaching, but the team works together to get things done.

Overall, I'm happy with my decision to join HighBridge. It's a great place to work and I feel like I'm learning and growing as a professional.
