Device issue, refund, fast customer service
I just wanted to share that I had a little trouble with a device I bought, but the company was awesome about it and gave me a refund right away. The customer service folks were super friendly and really made an effort to help me out. I'm grateful for the fast and polite service I got, it definitely turned my whole experience with the company around.
Red light mask
I gotta tell ya, I gave that red light mask a shot from this place, and man, it was a total bust! I followed their instructions for over two months, but my skin didn't change one bit. And get this - when I tried to leave a review on their site, they shut me down! It's got me thinking all those reviews are probably fake or bought. It's just not right how they only show the positive ones and bury the negatives.
Infrared Mat order
I bought this Infrared Mat for around $900 in December 2021. It's been a while now and I still haven't gotten any info on when it's supposed to arrive. I reached out to customer service and they said I should've gotten a tracking number by the end of February 2022, but I haven't received anything yet. I'm starting to get frustrated because I don't even know when I can expect my order to be shipped, let alone show up on my doorstep.
Big bundle purchased
I ordered the largest bundle they had, but I didn't receive a confirmation email immediately. However, I did get emails about their products and the company's CEO. My credit card was charged, and when I checked a week later, my bundle was still active even though I had requested to cancel it. They claimed it had been shipped, but I was about to go on vacation. Eventually, they accepted the return, but some items arrived after I had declined them. Unfortunately, I can't give feedback on the quality of the products since I never received them. It was a frustrating experience, which is why I'm relieved that I canceled my order.
Poor customer service
I can't believe how terrible the customer service is at this place! I've been trying to return something and haven't heard back from them at all. How am I supposed to figure out how to return my item without any help from the customer service team? I've sent multiple emails and none of them have been acknowledged. And to make matters worse, the prices are ridiculously high and the customer service is basically non-existent. It's just a big joke!
Sauna blanket purchase
I really loved my sauna blanket, it was great! But then one day, it caught fire after only a few uses. I reached out to customer service and was pretty bummed when they told me it was out of warranty. Not gonna lie, definitely not worth the risk or the price. Just a heads up, watch out for any potential safety hazards!
RED LIGHT FACE MASK
My girlfriend bought this red light face mask to try and make her skin look better, but it ended up making her cheeks and forehead feel like they were on fire after only using it twice. She did get her money back, but she didn't get anything extra for all the pain she went through. Getting that refund was also a pain in the neck - it took forever and was so annoying.
Sauna blanket purchase
I just bought a sauna blanket from this company, but it ended up being defective. I tried reaching out to them through email and social media, but they never responded. I was really let down by their poor customer service, especially after they promised great service when I made the purchase. My whole experience with this company was really disappointing.
