    Mediocre experience with House of Marley products

    I've been using House of Marley products for a while now and overall, I've been pretty pleased with them. The design and aesthetic of the products are unique and I appreciate the company's commitment to using sustainable materials.

    The sound quality of their headphones and speakers is decent. It's not the absolute best out there, but it's definitely above average and more than satisfactory for everyday use. I particularly like the bass output on their speakers.

    One thing I do wish they would improve on is the durability of their products. I've had a few issues with some of the buttons on my headphones breaking or becoming loose after only a few months of use. It's not a deal breaker for me, but it's worth noting.

    Another thing to mention is that their customer service is good. I had an issue with one of my products and they were quick to respond and help me out.

    All in all, I think House of Marley is a solid choice for those looking for unique and sustainable audio products. They aren't perfect, but they're definitely worth checking out.

    Wireless turntable purchase

    I was really let down by the wireless turntable I got from House of Marley. The needle chatter was super annoying, making it impossible to use. It seems like lots of people have had the same problem based on the reviews I read online. When I tried to return it, dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. Even though their return policy clearly says they cover shipping for defective items, I've been trying for a whole week to reach them and get that sorted out. The lack of communication and responsiveness from House of Marley has made this whole return process a major pain, taking up a ton of my time.

    Wireless earbuds

    Well, let me tell you, these wireless earbuds are just not worth the money. I mean, seriously, they fell apart on me after only two weeks! And when I tried to reach out to customer service for some help, I got absolutely no response. My advice? Save your cash and find something way better elsewhere. Trust me on this one.

    Faulty product replacement

    I bought a speaker from your store not too long ago. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it wasn't working right. I tried reaching out to customer service through phone, email, and social media several times, but it took over two months for them to get back to me. When they finally did, they asked for pictures of the broken speaker, which I sent right away. Even though the evidence clearly showed the issue, I never heard back from them after that. The broken speaker just sat in my house for months until I finally got rid of it because I never got any more info from the company. I even let them know what happened and pointed out that they never mentioned on their website that customers needed to send back broken stuff for a replacement, or that we would have to pay for shipping. Despite all this, they're now saying they won't replace the broken speaker, which is really disappointing and makes me question how they do business.

    Bluetooth turntable and Bluetooth speakers

    The stuff I bought was really cheaply made, and the sound quality was pretty bad for how much I paid. Both the first record player and the replacement couldn't keep a Bluetooth connection, and the new one even had a wonky drive belt, which was a clear sign that they didn't check for quality. I was afraid it would break soon after I started using it. The sound from the Bluetooth speakers was just alright, nothing to write home about.

    I bought some headphones from this company not too long ago and it wasn't the best experience. The customer service reps didn't really seem to know much about money stuff like accounts receivable and accounts payable. They told me I'd get a refund for an issue with my order, but I never got it. When I checked back, they blamed accounts receivable for the delay in processing refunds. This whole situation left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down by the customer service team.

    Incorrect shipment and refund issue

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I bought something on their website, but they ended up sending it to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were not helpful at all and refused to give me a refund or send the items again. Their lack of customer service really got on my nerves and made me feel let down by the whole thing. I'd advise others to be careful before buying anything from this company.

    Bluetooth speaker

    I bought a Bluetooth speaker from that place and it was a total disaster. They took my money, but I never got my order. I tried emailing them several times to ask about my purchase, but they just straight up ignored me. It felt like they were trying to rip me off. Totally not cool.
