New wardrobe
This place is seriously incredible! I found a sale and ended up buying a ton of new clothes. They're super vibrant and fun, and I always get compliments when I wear them. The only drawback is that shipping might take a bit longer than expected, so it's best to plan ahead. But honestly, if I could create my own clothing line, it would definitely look like this!
Dress order with overnight shipping
I bought this really pretty dress not too long ago and decided to go for the overnight shipping to get it ASAP. But guess what? The dress never showed up! I tried contacting customer service to get some help, but it was like talking to a wall - no response at all. I even showed them the email from the shipping company saying the package was lost, but still, no word. It's been two weeks now and still no dress, no response, no refund. It's super frustrating to be treated like this by a company I thought I could trust with my money.
My online order
Ordering online from this company was a total nightmare. It seriously took forever to finally get my order, and when I checked the tracking, it was right back where it started. It just felt like a never-ending loop of letdowns. And don't even get me started on the customer service team - all they did was feed me a bunch of weak excuses.
Earrings
Unfortunately, I had a bummer of an experience with the earrings I bought recently. When they arrived, they were all messed up and seemed really cheap, even though they cost a pretty penny. It's got me wondering about the quality of stuff they offer in general.
Three full-price items ordered, two refunded, unrequested item received
I recently bought three things from the store at full price, planning to return them all. I sent them back right away within a week, got confirmation that Lilly Pulitzer got them, but was bummed to see I only got refunded for two on my bank statement. Then, a few days later, I got an item I didn't order with no receipt, so now I can't return it and I'm out over $75. I've been trying to reach customer service for two weeks now, but heard nothing back. It's frustrating and disappointing to not get any help.
Recent order experience
I placed an order with this company recently and let me tell you, I'm really let down by the customer service I got. I ran into some problems with my order and I tried reaching out to them through phone, email, and online messages, but they never got back to me. It's just not right for a company to ignore their customers and not own up to their mistakes.
