    Frustrating user experience

    The platform's interface is a mess and not very reliable at all. It's a pain trying to save changes or update job info because the positions I add just don't stay saved. I keep having to try to update my profile over and over again. On top of that, the software keeps putting in wrong information automatically, so it's super annoying to fix. Basically, the whole thing is a pain to use and hard to get around.

    I was so pumped to be invited to achieve "Top Contributor" status! I put in a ton of work and wrote way more articles than they even required. But then, I didn't get my badge like they promised. I was feeling pretty disappointed and annoyed about it, you know?

    Job Search Platform

    I've used a bunch of different job search websites, but this one didn't really have a lot of good job options. It seems like it's more geared towards people in higher-up positions, not so much for regular folks looking for work. I kept seeing the same companies putting up the same job listings over and over again for months without actually hiring anyone, and it just felt like a total letdown and a waste of my time.

    Paid subscription for learning platform

    Customer service has really gone downhill since the company got bought out, and it's only gotten worse during this whole pandemic mess. Trying to get help through support tickets is basically pointless - all they do is try to dodge responsibility. It took a whopping 3 months to finally sort out an issue with my account access, and that only happened because a sales rep had to swoop in and save the day. And don't even get me started on how they didn't even offer any credit for the 3 months of service I missed out on because of their own screw-ups. Just a totally frustrating experience all around.

    Online learning platform review

    I was pretty let down by the online learning platform I signed up for. It didn't live up to what I was hoping for at all. The info was old and didn't really get into the nitty-gritty of the subject like I wanted. Plus, trying to use it was a pain - not very user-friendly. I left feeling like it didn't do much to get me ready to use those skills for real, which was a bummer after all the time and money I put into it.

    My account got blocked outta nowhere with no explanation. I tried to get help from customer service but they were no help at all. They made me jump through all these hoops, like getting a notarized document just to prove who I am. It was so aggravating, especially since banks handle stuff like this way better.

    My account got locked and now I can't see it on the website. I tried to get it back, but no luck. It seems like they think I uploaded my ID before, but I never did. I just want my account back, dude.

    Online learning platforms have so much potential, but man, they can be really frustrating to navigate with all those changing login requirements. And don't get me started on the customer service - it's practically non-existent. They just can't seem to resolve any of those login issues, which really brings down the value of the whole thing.

    Account Creation Frustration

    Creating an account on this platform has been a total nightmare. I tried signing up with my Microsoft Outlook email, but all I got was some vague captcha error. After a bunch of failed attempts, I switched to using my Google email, and thankfully that finally did the trick. And if my account ever gets suspended, I can't even reach out to the support team because I keep getting an annoying message saying I've maxed out my attempts and to come back later. It's just so aggravating to spend three whole days just trying to verify my account.

    Account Restriction Incident

    I wanted to share a frustrating experience I had recently. My account got restricted because of a post that supposedly didn't meet the platform's standards. I tried reaching out to customer service through email but got no reply. I couldn't even explain my side of the story or ask to have my account deleted. The whole situation was really disappointing because of the lack of communication and support.

    Premium subscription locked

    My Premium subscription got unexpectedly locked right before my first payment was due. I tried several times to verify my identity using Persona, but it never seemed to work. I reached out to customer service through their form and Twitter, but didn't get any help or the promised follow-up. Now I'm thinking about doing a credit card chargeback and getting in touch with consumer protection groups.
