I recently bought the whiskey appreciation crate from this company and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with the stuff they sent. The goodies were top-notch and made for a fantastic time with my buddies. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the decanter. I shot them an email about it, but didn't hear back at first. Turns out, they came through and sent me a new decanter a few days later, no extra cost. Their customer service really blew me away and I'll definitely be buying from them again. I can't recommend their products enough, not just because of their top-notch customer service, but also because of the quality stuff they provide.
Classic Cocktail Tool Crate
Man, let me tell you, I was so stoked when my order got delayed (not even the company's fault) and they totally came through by giving me back the shipping fees. When that Classic Cocktail Tool Crate finally showed up, it was seriously amazing! The craftsmanship was top-notch, and I had it customized with my boyfriend's name, and he thought that was super cool. And let me tell you, watching him pop it open with that crowbar was a riot. It was a total win-win all around!
Anniversary gift purchase
The customer service I got from this company was amazing. I ordered an anniversary gift online and got worried when I saw it wouldn't arrive in time. But when I reached out to customer service, my whole perspective changed. Garrett was super helpful and fixed my problem quickly and professionally. I was really impressed by how fast he worked to make sure my gift arrived when I needed it to. Huge thanks to Garrett for going above and beyond in helping me out!
Late Father's Day Gift
The thing I ordered showed up a couple of days after Father's Day, so I was bummed about the wait. The product itself was solid, but the tardiness of the delivery kinda ruined the whole gift-giving thing for me.
Gift for husband's birthday
Unfortunately, my order didn't make it on time because FedEx messed up. But the customer service team was really quick in getting back to me through email and texts. They went the extra mile to fix things by sending a replacement package overnight. Even though it was late for my husband's birthday, we were still super thankful for what they did. And can't forget to mention the beef jerky I ordered was amazing!
Customized gift box
The gift box I got was awesome but when it came, the box was kinda open and one of the things inside was busted. I let them know and then Harold F. hit me back super fast, saying they'd send me a new box and replace the broken thing for free. They sent out the new box right away and the replacement part too. Harold F. was really sorry and on top of fixing things up. The customer service was top-notch, so I'll totally tell others about this company.
Customized beer crate
I bought my boyfriend a beer crate for Valentine's day and it was really great! When we opened it up, we found out that one of the glasses was broken, which was a bummer. But I reached out to them about it and they ended up sending us a whole new set of glasses, which was awesome! Their customer service was amazing and they fixed the problem really quickly. I'll definitely be shopping here again, and you should too!
DIY sauce kit
I got a DIY sauce kit as a Christmas present and was bummed to see that one of the glasses was broken when it arrived. But, the customer service folks were super nice and quick to help me get a replacement package sent out right away. I really appreciated their help every step of the way.
