    We have seen this voice converser in mobile and latest TV and laptops .Two function of software to generate words on screen .Voice recognized by system through software and then in second job to types .
    My job need this software which is completely designed for dictations.Once upon a time and even today at some areas stenographer do the same job but in different shirt language.
    Similarly this software help as stenographer who will convert our voice in to words forms in screen.So no need to type long speeches and stories including in audio form.

    Thanks to Nuance, I was able to fix a problem with comment functions in Word that Microsoft caused. I talked with Andres on the phone, and he gave me a quick solution and even checked back to make sure it worked. It's nice to deal with a company that cares about providing good customer support.

    Dragon Professional Individual license

    I've been using Nuance's Dragon Professional Individual license for a while now, and I gotta say, their customer service really needs some work. It's pretty frustrating to find out that after just two years, the reinstall link for the software is no good, basically pushing customers to buy a whole new license. The fact that they didn't tell us about this policy is just not cool and has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

    I bought some software from this company and when it actually works, it's not too terrible. But, they pulled a fast one on me by charging me for subscription fees for stuff I never asked for or said they could charge me for. On top of that, they totally ignored all my messages trying to talk to them about it. It's a total scam, so watch out and get away from this company as quick as you can.

    Speech recognition software purchase

    As someone who bought speech recognition software, I was really impressed by how accurate it was and how well it worked with my computer. But things went downhill fast when I ran into problems with licensing and updates. I tried to get help with upgrading my license, but the company never got back to me. Their lack of customer service and communication made me feel let down and on my own.

    Voice dictation software

    I am so frustrated with the customer service from this company. I bought their software for a lot of money and hardly even used it because I was using my work laptop. But then my laptop broke and I needed help with my old version, and they wouldn't do anything to assist me or let me upgrade. So, I was forced to shell out over 300 bucks for the new version. I've been a loyal customer for years because of a health issue, but their lack of help has pushed me to start exploring other options.

    Software purchase for resume writing

    I just bought a resume writing software from your company. The old version worked great for me, especially since I'm currently looking for a job and dealing with RSI. But man, I was really let down by the customer support I got when I had some problems. Been a customer for over 15 years, but was told I needed to upgrade to get help. That really bummed me out and made me wonder if I should stick with your brand. Hope you guys listen to my feedback and improve how you treat your customers in the future.

    Dragon software transfer issue

    I ran into a problem when I was trying to transfer my Dragon software to my new laptop. I reached out to customer service for help and they told me that the download file was no longer accessible because the Extended Download Service had expired. This service let me keep a backup of the digital file for 2 years after I bought it, but that time had passed.

    CD purchase gone wrong

    I got the CD back in 2015 and it was pretty good for a while. Then I switched to the online version, which was fine at first but then started acting up after a few months. I gave it another shot in 2023 with a different CD, but that darn thing wouldn't accept the serial number that was right on the envelope! And let me tell you, the customer service was a joke - it's like they don't even exist or care about helping out.

    Headache-inducing customer service

    I recently dealt with the customer service at this company, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. It felt like pulling teeth trying to get any help or resolution from them. The support staff seemed more interested in passing me around to different departments than actually helping me with my issue. It was like they were trying to make things as frustrating as possible.<br><br>Not only did they not respond to my support tickets, but when I followed up with them, they basically told me to deal with it on my own. Talk about passing the buck!<br><br>If you want to save your sanity and time, I suggest staying away from this company and its customer service. Avoid dealing with their unhelpful support team at all costs.

    Subscription nightmare

    Let me tell you about my experience with this company so you can avoid the same trouble and frustration I faced.     Terrible software experience

    I can't deal with this software, I swear! My computer crashed, so I had to reinstall this crazy expensive software. But get this - no download links, no email addresses in sight, and my login didn't even work! It was a complete disaster. And when I finally reached out to someone, they basically said too bad, so sad! They wanted me to cough up more money just to get a new one if my install failed after 2 years. No chance! What a scam!
