About six months ago, Chrislands changed their software. Since then, we have been experiencing the following: 1. Missing pictures for our listings 2. Wrong pictures for our listings 3. No notice of which coupon a buyer is using on an order 4. No acknowledgment of all specific errors of the type stated above reported to them 5. Recommended we reload our catalog to solve the problem, but we pointed out that we have a 100% reload of everything we sell TWICE a day.
Their previous software worked fine without any such errors from the time we joined them in 2007 until mid-2020 when all these flaws started to turn up. They seem unable or unwilling to fix their problems.
