8-lesson package with a tutor
I just bought this package for 8 lessons with a tutor, but it automatically renewed after a month even though I thought I had already canceled. Bummer, right? Luckily, the customer service team was on it! I reached out in the morning and boom, by the afternoon they had sorted everything out and got me my refund. They were super quick and nice about it, which I really appreciated. Their professionalism and how efficiently they handled my issue were top-notch.

Tutoring for 4 years
I've been tutoring for about 4 years on this awesome tutoring site. It's been so amazing and I've had a great time helping students learn and improve. The only downside is that the fees they charge are a little high, but other than that, I feel really safe and happy as a tutor on there! 😊
