    Recent fashion purchase

    I bought some clothes online not too long ago and for the most part, the whole experience was pretty good. The ordering part was easy, the service was great, the prices were fair, and the delivery was quick. But, when it came to the long dresses, I wasn't really feeling them. They looked a little old-fashioned and kind of made me think of, well, an older lady. I was hoping for some dresses that would show off a little leg, you know? I think there's a market out there for more modern styles that would appeal to people of all ages. The patterns on the dresses just weren't my thing, and I'd love to see a bigger range of patterns and styles that are more up-to-date and flattering for different body types.

    Confusing billing process

    I had a really confusing time dealing with the charges on my QVC bill. I was pretty baffled and annoyed, so I decided to call customer service for some help. Luckily, my granddaughter was around to help me out with the call, and we got connected to a rep named Savannah. Let me tell you, Savannah was a gem. She was patient and explained everything so clearly. She took her time to make sure we understood everything before hanging up. I'm really grateful for her top-notch customer service.

    Stopped email spamming

    I've been getting bombarded with all these annoying emails from QVC for the past couple of months, even though I've told them over and over again to stop. Like, seriously...I'm getting like three emails every single day. I've tried unsubscribing so many times but no luck. Their customer service is totally ghosting me, not cool. It's just so aggravating and stressful to keep getting all these emails that I've made it crystal clear I don't want.

    I am completely shocked by the bait-and-switch tactics I dealt with from this company. I saw a Facebook ad promising a 15% discount, so I made a purchase, but the discount vanished when I tried to use it. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they were incompetent and made excuses. I contacted them three times and each time was told they couldn't issue a refund because my order was still being processed - which is absurd for just a $3 credit. It's obvious this company doesn't care about their customers, so I won't be buying from them again.

    OMG, I just bought some tech stuff from that store, and they act like they're experts on EVERY brand when really they only know about what they sell. They were trying to tell me that iPads don't have cell availability, but I mean come on, you can easily find that info on other websites! And their package "deals" with all those extra add-ons are ridiculous - I don't need any extra software when what I bought already works just fine!

    Just got my package from QVC and I am beyond excited! The clothes I ordered are so cute and they fit me perfectly. Shopping online is the best because it's so easy and I can do it right from my bed. The whole process was a breeze. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

    I used to really like QVC, but lately I've noticed that things just aren't the same. The quality of the stuff they sell has gone down, and the whole shopping vibe isn't as great as it used to be. Plus, that easy pay option they offer turned into a total nightmare when I got double-charged. And don't even get me started on their customer service - not much help at all. The hosts on the show have gotten kind of annoying, and the prices are way too high for what you're getting. They don't even have as much cool stuff to choose from anymore, and the things I loved are nowhere to be found. All in all, my QVC experience has gone from great to not so great, so now I'm shopping for my kitchen stuff somewhere else.

    My experience with QVC was super frustrating. I placed an order and was so excited for my purchase, but then I found out they just randomly cancelled it without even telling me! And to top it off, I realized my account had been closed with no reason given. The lack of communication from QVC was just not cool. This whole thing has really turned me off from the company - their customer service is seriously lacking.

    My experience with the delivery and return process was super frustrating and disappointing. It seriously took forever, like 3 whole months, to get and then send back my order. That's just way too long for something so simple. To top it off, I got hit with a $6.95 charge for all the trouble. It's safe to say I'm pretty unhappy with the service I got on this.

    Shark vacuum purchase

    I recently bought a shark vacuum and tried to pay off what I owed on my account. It was so frustrating to get the balance down to zero. The customer service rep just kept saying they couldn't know when the next charge would hit, but it seemed pretty straightforward to me. I even got hit with a late fee just a day after the due date, but they waived it. I had to sit through a painful half-hour phone call just to zero out the balance. After being a customer for 12 years, I actually thought about closing my account, but ended up deciding to keep it open. QVC really should look into finding a new bank to partner with.

    Recent QVC purchase

    I just bought something from QVC, and it didn't go well. This is the second time I've had a problem with them keeping track of what they have and their customer service. I saw something I wanted on a live show, and they said they had a lot in stock, so I ordered it. But then, only two days later, I got an email saying they actually didn't have it and didn't know when they would. It was really annoying and disappointing that they didn't tell me that sooner.

    I had a problem with an online order where I just needed to make a simple change to an item. When I called customer service, the person on the phone not only didn't make the change like I asked, but also ended up placing a duplicate order. So now I got charged twice and have one of my credit cards on hold for a third order. And on top of that, they told me I won't get a refund until I send back the extra stuff. It's such a hassle!

    The return process for my recent purchase was really aggravating and disheartening. I followed the online instructions on the store's website to return something, but then I got sent to another company for the pickup and payment part. Even though I got multiple collection dates and times from them, the courier never showed up. When I reached out to the store for help, they told me I should have scheduled the pickup with them instead, even though they directed me to the other company at first. The whole situation left me feeling abandoned and unable to return the item like I wanted to.
