    I recently bought this super cute yellow rubber duckie planter with a pink hat, a fancy bouquet of flowers, and a new granddaughter Mylar balloon from this flower shop. Man, was I bummed out with how everything turned out. They sent me an email saying my order was delivered, but when I looked around, it was nowhere to be seen. So, I called them up and the customer service was no help at all. They promised to send the stuff again. The next day rolls around, and what do I get? A totally different and not so great looking bouquet of yellow and white flowers in a plain old tin watering can. And you know what's missing? The granddaughter Mylar balloon! When I called to complain, they wouldn't even give me a refund. All they offered was to send the right bouquet. Honestly, I was super let down by the products and customer service from this flower shop.

    Birthday flowers for daughter

    I just ordered some birthday flowers for my daughter at work and man, was I let down by what I received. The flowers were all droopy and brown, like they were on their last leg. The leaves were all messed up too, it was just a sorry sight. I called customer service and they said they could send out a new arrangement, but I said no thanks, didn't want to chance it happening again. They did end up giving me a refund, but by then the damage was done. Just a big disappointment, won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

    I ordered two things for my wife's birthday - a plant and a flower cake. The plant never showed up, and the flower cake didn't even look like a cake. I was pretty let down by the quality and accuracy of the stuff I got. I get that sometimes there might be substitutions, but it should at least kinda look like what I ordered, you know?

    Didn't knock, bouquet left outside

    My only issue was that the delivery guy didn't even bother knocking or ringing the doorbell, they just left the flowers on the steps. Thankfully, my wife spotted them, otherwise they would've been outside all night. Those delivery folks must be super young and clueless, not knowing what's the right or responsible thing to do.

    Late delivery, broken promises

    This company is seriously a hot mess. I ordered a flower basket for a special occasion and they swore up and down it would get there the next day. Yeah, right - that never even happened. I had to call their customer service like a million times and each time I got the same runaround. They kept telling me they'd speed things up and get it delivered ASAP, but no dice. And then, to top it all off, the flower basket finally shows up a whole week later, and the flowers are looking sad and half gone. I was so let down by how unprofessional and disorganized this company turned out to be.

    The flowers I ordered never showed up, even though I paid for them. I've tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but the folks on the other end weren't much help and I could barely understand them because of their accents. I'm hoping they'll give me my money back, but from what I've seen before, I'm not holding my breath. All in all, dealing with this whole situation has been a major bummer.

    I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I had ordered flowers for my niece who was in the hospital and paid extra for next-day delivery. But then three days went by and I hadn't heard anything from my niece, so I decided to call customer service. The first person I talked to didn't know what was going on and had to pass me off to someone else. The second person told me that because they had a lot of orders, my flowers didn't get delivered like they were supposed to. This was just not okay, especially since my niece was hurting and I was trying to cheer her up. What if she had already left the hospital by the time the flowers finally got there?

    Same-Day Deluxe Flower Bouquet

    As someone who values good customer service and pays attention to the little things, I have to say, I was really let down by my recent experience ordering a "Deluxe" flower bouquet for next-day delivery. I was trying to do something nice for my girlfriend, but it all went wrong when the bouquet showed up right at the end of her workday. She had to have one of her coworkers read the card instead of getting it in front of everyone like I had planned. It was a total disaster. Not to mention, the bouquet itself was pretty disappointing - not nearly as full and nice as I was expecting. I'm really frustrated with the lack of care and attention to detail from this online company. I think I'm going to have to contact the local florist directly and let them know how I feel.

    Flower and balloon order for Valentine's Day

    At 9:24 PM - way after school was supposed to be over - I got a message saying that my order had been delivered. The fact that nobody bothered to let me know earlier and the bad service just made me feel so disappointed and annoyed.
