    Innovative product ever

    It is working as best as possible .Two members of my family using this fine and sound sleeping support system Snore Rx.
    I had booked it but not for me how this can relax terror of snoring .
    Manufacturer claiming quality and functions which is based on high experiments and testing.
    Can't say for new people but who have already faced long or half of his or her life with this problem , and suddenly he or her find it solved for ever ,make a sense and value, I am very sure all those customers who have now feeling this relief,can explain much better how SnoreRx is useful .Cost doesn't matter.

    Anti-snoring mouthpiece

    I ordered that anti-snoring mouthpiece back in mid-October, and here we are already in mid-November and I still haven't seen it. They took my money, but I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone in customer service through email or phone. Left them lots of messages, but nobody seems to care enough to respond or give me my money back. Just really disappointed and annoyed with the whole situation, to be honest.

    Misleading advertising

    I gotta say, as a consumer, I was seriously let down by the false advertising from this company. Their website talks a big game about a "money back guarantee" and "no risk" for customers, but let me tell you, that's all a bunch of baloney. I spent a good amount of time going through their website, reading all about these promises, only to find out later that they conveniently left out the part about customers having to pay for return shipping. How is that fair? It's definitely not the satisfaction guarantee they claim it to be, since in the end, the customer is the one left out of pocket.

    I bought a custom snoring device from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. So I sent in my dental impression and got a confirmation, but the actual product? Nowhere to be found. When I reached out to customer service, they hit me with news of a six month delay on orders. Like, seriously? That's not cool. I waited past the promised delivery date and still haven't heard squat from them. Feels like they straight up took my money and ran.

    Mouthpiece too large

    The mouthpiece was way too big for me, couldn't even fit it in all the way. I sent it back only 2 days after getting it, but man, what a nightmare trying to get my money back. Supposedly they offer a 30-day refund policy, but I had to fork over the dough for shipping and tracking to send it back. It took forever - like 2-3 weeks - before I saw that refund in my account. Even shot them a couple emails with no response. No updates on when they'd process the refund, had to keep checking my bank account and bugging them. Just a total waste of time, super unprofessional.
