Chessboard replacement
I just had to hit up customer service about something that went wrong with my purchase. At first, I was pretty ticked off about how they were dealing with my complaints, but eventually, the Square Off crew really came through and hooked me up with some top-notch after-sales service. They swapped out my chessboard for a brand new one, so I could keep on playing. I'm grateful for how they stuck with me to sort out the problem and kept their word. Huge shoutout to the Square Off team for taking care of me so well.
Portable and convenient chess set
This chess set is awesome for folks who dig playing chess while out and about. It's small and light, so you can take it to cafes, parks, or even on road trips without any hassle. The LED sensors on the board really up the ante, giving you a more immersive and interactive chess experience. The pieces are top-notch and feel super nice to hold, making each move a total delight. All in all, this chess set went above and beyond what I expected and is now an essential part of my chess escapades.
Faulty chessboard, excellent customer service
I had a problem with my chessboard because one of the squares was messed up, but when I reached out to customer service, they quickly sent me a new set without any trouble. I was really impressed by their honesty and how they were willing to fix things. I totally suggest this company because of their awesome customer service.

Scam company, no delivery
I messed up by buying from this company and ended up losing hundreds of dollars. I paid for a chessboard but never got my order. It's really disappointing and frustrating. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying.

So, I finally got my hands on the SWAP board after waiting for what felt like forever, around 2.5 years. Clearly, the pandemic threw a wrench in the delivery process. But, hey, the board itself is solidly built and has been working pretty decently so far. Had a couple of hiccups with the robotic arm needing some recalibration, but no biggie - just had to update the firmware or make sure the internet connection was stable when starting up. Despite these little bumps in the road, I think this product has some real potential if they can make it more reliable. It's really cool to see the pieces moving on their own, it adds an extra level of fun to the whole gaming experience.
Pre-order never delivered
I ordered something that never showed up, even though customer service kept making excuses and pushing back the delivery date. They kept saying it was the logistics causing all the delays, which made me wonder if the thing I ordered was even real. I waited a year and a half before deciding to cancel my order, and I'm just glad they gave me a quick refund.

I recently got a new chess board that I was super excited about, but when it arrived, it was completely messed up! They told me they would send a replacement, but it never showed up. When I requested a refund, they straight up ignored me! It's so frustrating and unfair. I have a feeling they're not being honest with all their customers.

I had been dreaming about this cool game that moves the pieces by itself for years. I remember seeing it on a crowdfunding site a while back. It was being sold on Amazon for 1500€, which was way too pricey. But then I found it on the official American website for 600€, and they even ship to France!

I bought a chessboard from this company and it's been a really bad experience. I placed the order and paid right away, but I haven't gotten any updates on the delivery and it's been delayed. It's super frustrating to pay for something and not get it on time. The fact that this company isn't keeping their end of the deal is disappointing and unprofessional. I just want to get what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time, but this company isn't coming through.
December order, no reply, no product, no money
I placed an order back in December and didn't even get an order number. It's been 2 long months and even after sending so many emails, I haven't heard back from them. Finally, they told me my order should arrive by March 30th, but they won't cancel it. Now I'm without my money, without the product I ordered, and still no response. It feels like they're just waiting for me to seek a refund through a different route. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a chessboard and waited forever for it to come. But guess what? It never showed up. And when I finally asked for my money back, they had the nerve to send me an old gift card instead. Long-awaited Chess Board
I've never been so frustrated with a company before. I've been waiting for over four years for the chess board I ordered from them, and all I've gotten are apologies and excuses. When Miko took charge, I was hopeful that things would get better, but nope, same old story. They've been selling boards to new customers instead of fulfilling orders for us loyal folks. It's sad to see them putting profits over customer loyalty. After this mess, I'm done with this company for good.

I bought a Swap board from Square Off back in January 2023 and man, let me tell you, it's been a real letdown. I've reached out to their customer service a bunch of times but haven't gotten my order yet. The customer service team just keeps giving me robotic responses that don't actually help me out. I told them I wanted a refund way back in early December because of all the radio silence and delays, but even after canceling my order, I still haven't seen a refund like they promised. Square Off has been nothing but a headache and a letdown in my book.
