Meditations
I'm really bummed about how things went down with this company. I bought some meditations, but I couldn't even get them to download or play. I tried reaching out to customer support, but it took forever for them to get back to me. And when they finally did, all they gave me was some generic advice about using Google Chrome, which didn't do squat to fix the problem. Once I did manage to open the meditations, they would just stop playing after 5 minutes, making them completely useless. When I brought this up to customer support, they basically said they couldn't deal with tech issues and it was too late for a refund. They just kept giving me the runaround and didn't really try to help me out. This whole thing has really ticked me off and I'd advise others to stay away from this company.
Meditations purchase
I tried to buy some meditations, but the website messed up and ended up charging me twice! Customer service was a total letdown and only made things worse. They really need to step up their game and focus on solving problems instead of asking pointless questions that don't do anything to help. Teal's customer service definitely needs a major upgrade!
