    I have been a loyal customer of The Laundress for several years now and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their products and customer service.

    Hey there! I sent in all my refund information last year and I still haven't received my money back. Every time I contact them, they give me a different reason - they're sending a check, they don't have my info, or they need more documents. I just wish they would make a decision already!

    Over $100 worth of laundry products

    I bought a bunch of laundry stuff the other day, and turns out they got recalled 'cause of bacteria. I only got a measly $20 refund from some other company involved in the recall mess. But the real bummer is that the actual company hasn't said a word about my worries. Mistakes happen, sure, but how they deal with customers in rough times says a lot about what matters to them.

    As a customer of this company, I gotta say my experience was kinda unsettling. I bought some of their laundry stuff and then got a safety notice telling me to throw it all away because there might be dangerous bacteria in it. The notice didn't say which products were affected or anything about the bacteria, so now I'm worried about my health. They offered to give me my money back, which was nice, but I was hoping for more transparency and responsibility from the company. I thought they cared more about quality and keeping customers safe.

I gave them everything they asked for - batch numbers, photos, receipts, UPC numbers - but I haven't heard anything back or gotten my refund. It's been super annoying not hearing anything or getting my money back. I've tried following up multiple times, sending in the paperwork again, but they keep changing what they want and not making any progress. Their customer service is terrible - no one answers the phone, emails get ignored, and I feel like they're leaving me hanging. It's been four months since I first asked for a refund, and I still haven't gotten it. I can't even use the products and I'm really disappointed with the whole thing.     Overpriced laundry detergent

    So I recently made the mistake of buying this ridiculously expensive laundry detergent from this company, and let me just say, it was such a letdown. Not only was it way overpriced, but it also didn't work at all like it claimed to. It felt like I might as well have just used plain old water to clean my clothes. And to make things even worse, when I tried to get a refund for the crappy product, the link they gave me was a dead end. I've been trying for months to get my money back, but no luck at all. Their customer service is a joke - they don't even bother responding to emails or calls. It's like they just want to take your money and run. Well, they definitely won't be getting another dime out of me, that's for sure. Save yourself some cash and buy your detergent somewhere else. Trust me, stay away from this irresponsible, disgraceful excuse for a business.

    Fabric sprays, recalled, no refund

    I bought two fabric sprays from this store and then found out they were actually recalled because of health issues. I tried to get a refund from the company multiple times, but they just kept ignoring me. It's not only annoying that I spent money on stuff I can't even use, but it's also worrying that they would ignore a real complaint from a customer like me.
