I have been a loyal customer of The Laundress for several years now and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their products and customer service.

Over $100 worth of laundry products
I bought a bunch of laundry stuff the other day, and turns out they got recalled 'cause of bacteria. I only got a measly $20 refund from some other company involved in the recall mess. Their customer service is terrible - no one answers the phone, emails get ignored, and I feel like they're leaving me hanging. It's been four months since I first asked for a refund, and I still haven't gotten it. I can't even use the products and I'm really disappointed with the whole thing. It's been a total mess, and I feel like they don't care about me as a customer.

So I recently made the mistake of buying this ridiculously expensive laundry detergent from this company, and let me just say, it was such a letdown. I bought two fabric sprays from this store and then found out they were actually recalled because of health issues. I tried to get a refund from the company multiple times, but they just kept ignoring me.
