Meh. The Princeton Review is Just Alright
I have used The Princeton Review for test preparation, specifically for the SAT and ACT. The first thing I noticed was the wide range of options for study materials, including online courses, tutoring, and books. I appreciated that they had a variety of packages to choose from, depending on my needs and budget.
I found the online courses to be well-structured and informative. The instructors were knowledgeable and able to explain the material in a clear and engaging way. The practice tests and quizzes were also helpful in identifying areas where I needed to improve.
I also took advantage of the tutoring services offered by The Princeton Review. The tutors were able to provide personalized feedback and strategies for tackling the test. They were also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.
Overall, I found The Princeton Review to be a valuable resource for test preparation. The materials and instruction were high-quality, and the tutoring services were especially helpful. However, I do wish that they had more practice materials.
One thing I would say is that their prices are on the high side, and I'm not sure if it would be worth it for a student who is already comfortable with the material. But for someone who needs extra help and guidance, it might be worth the investment. And also, I haven't had the opportunity to visit their physical store, but I have heard that they don't have any.SAT tutoring
We were partnered with a tutor named Anne Cullens, and she totally blew us away. She was super thorough, paid attention to all the details, and really focused on getting results. Anne did an awesome job guiding and encouraging our student, who needed some extra help. We're so happy with how much our student has improved since working with Anne. Investing in SAT tutoring through Princeton Review was definitely worth it. Huge thanks to Anne Cullens and the whole team for their outstanding service.
ACT Prep Course purchase for son
My boy just finished up an ACT Prep Course so he can get into a dual enrollment program at a college in Florida. Even though he didn't quite hit the score he wanted on his first try, Princeton Review came through with their money back guarantee and gave me a refund right away. I'm really grateful for how they make sure customers are happy, and I'll definitely think about using their tutoring services again when my son is ready to give the test another shot.
Chemistry course purchase
I just got this chemistry course to dive back into learning about it. The course setup was top-notch, and the teachers knew their stuff and were always there to help if I had any questions. Tracy Tourville, my teacher, was amazing at breaking down the material in a way that was easy to understand and kept me interested. I used to have trouble with chemistry, but this course helped me grasp the concepts better and feel more confident about studying it again.
Test prep class review
I really liked the test prep class I took. The teacher was awesome - very helpful and knew her stuff. She gave us some really good tips and tricks for the test. Her way of teaching was great, and she explained things really clearly. I feel ready and sure of myself for the test coming up because of her help.
SAT preparation course
My teacher was so awesome during every lesson, taking the time to break down every type of math on the SAT. But honestly, I think we could benefit from adding more math concepts to the curriculum, especially the trickier stuff that didn't get covered. It was a pretty good experience overall, but there's definitely room for improvement.
SAT Prep Course
I just started this SAT prep course and I gotta say, I am super impressed with all the stuff they give you. Practice tests, study guides, you name it - they got it all covered. The instructors really know their stuff and are always there to help out. I definitely feel more prepared for the exam now, all thanks to Princeton Review.
Test preparation program helpful
I thought the test prep program was super helpful. It gave really detailed instructions and shared some great tips. I learned a bunch of useful strategies and tricks that I could use on my homework. Plus, doing all those practice tests really helped me get a feel for the different types of questions on the test.
