Mediocre experience with Toybox

As someone who has had experience with Toybox, I can say that overall, the company has been decent. They offer a wide variety of toys for children of all ages, and their website is easy to navigate. However, there have been a few issues that I've encountered.

One thing I've noticed is that their prices are a bit higher than other toy retailers. While they do offer sales and discounts, I still find myself paying more for the same products at Toybox compared to other online stores.

Another issue I've had is with their customer service. I've had to reach out to them a couple of times for help with an order or a return, and the representatives I've spoken with have been less than helpful. They were slow to respond and didn't seem very interested in resolving my issue.

Despite these issues, I still shop at Toybox from time to time. The selection of toys is good, and I do appreciate that they have a wide range of options for kids of all ages. But I have to weigh the higher prices and less than stellar customer service against that.

I have to say that I am not excited about the company, but it's not a bad choice either. They have a decent selection of toys and the website is easy to use. However, I would recommend shopping around before making a purchase to make sure you're getting the best deal.
